We were shopping around and we left our cart for about 5-8 minutes or so and we come back and it's gone. So we go crazy looking for it, thinking somebody took it. So we ask if someone took it, they said no at first. Then we ask when we get a brand new cart filled with the same exact stuff that we have gotten before. It turns out they did take it, claiming it was there for over 15 minute. And it was such a hassle cause we were in a hurry too.

Still not impressed with several departments here and some employees are very, very strange Most are okay.. Friendly, too. But, I've experienced run-ins with a few strange people that work there. One, recently, wouldn't stop following me around. A lady followed me for over 20 minutes while I was shopping for dresses. She made me feel uncomfortable. She followed me as I shopped and told me her entire life story of how her Dad used to abuse her for acting like "kids these days. And kids these days get away with too much, a beating would straighten these kids up and that's what they need." so, she said. As for me, being an advocate against child abuse, the lady freaked me out. I was literally scared of her. I quickly left that department to escape the odd story tellings of her own acceptance of her father's abuse. Maybe Wal-Mart should offer their employees therapeutic services? Later on, I made sure she was gone and it was safe to go back to complete my shopping. Sux that I had to do that and never go back to Wal-Mart at night due to that incident. Overall, my favorite and the most impressive spot is still the Women's clothing - if I'm not followed or harassed by employees. For the past year, I have been finding lower priced summer dresses, cute ones and good items in clearance. It saves me from having to spend more on Amazon or Fashion Nova. I bought several dresses today for a little trip. I did like the style and fit, perfect for the weather lately.

Time stamp, tueday november 23, 2021... I'm sure there's a video This is for the auto center... and it includes the other air centers in the area... the region lacks customer service and desired work ethic in the corporate sense!!! These guys are lazy and have bad attitudes... I pulled up to the lube line with a vehicle in the first stall, so I pulled to the second one where nobody was in line:.. one guy looks at me and walks away, another car pulls up in the first lane behind the vehicle getting work... the main technician starts taking the other vehicle first, doesn't speak to me, just motions to get behind the other car That's when I realized these guys don't want to run both lanes because the pig gets messy... they don't want to clean... Interpretation: Their ability to make money and do less is more important than my ability to keep them employed:.. unless they think nobody has the nerve to write them up or confront them DO I NEED TO DO THAT?

Worst service ever. Even the whoever manager was very rude. She was like if you have to wait..it's not my problem. The girl who was supposed to help was just busy texting and no one bother to even come and help.

This Walmart is great. Today I got the oil changed on my van. This was my 1st time having any vehicle work done at a Walmart and I must say it was a great experience. Steph was my technician and she was super nice. She gave me all the oil change change options, knew what she was talking about, set me up in the Walmart system quick and painless, and she got me in and out quickly for a great price. It was a cool experience being able to shop while your car gets worked on. This Walmart has everything so there was plenty of things to look at. Of course I ended up spending some money while there. But truth be told sometimes I feel like Walmart is going to call security when I walk out the door because the deals are so good and cheap on some items I feel like I'm stealing from them. I didn't take many pics but I really enjoyed myself. I will definitely be back to the auto care center as well as rest of this store. The location is great, the staff is friendly and they have plenty of nice things at incredible prices. Walmart You Rock!!! Thanks for the 5 Star Service.

Ò8most terrible experience ever. I had several items from the clearance rack and they wouldn't scan (self) I called the attendant over she removed one item that was priced wrong. We scanned lots of other things,then a clearance item name 75 cents wouldn't scan it called her back over and she knows insisted we (hubby and i) remover every thing from our bagang when we asked why she said sore policy " i this kind u pUT things I there that u didn't scan" so I replied : so your saying were stealing she said " Yes as she scale wed out receipt of the machine and loooked at everything we paid for ,it asked her if she thought we were bad thieves cuz we have tatoos..she again said yes.once she saw all our things were scared she just walked off. I had a third item to scan but didn't dare as it was not working either ... I paid and told customer storewho acknowledgeď that it wanset store policy and apolimited for hèr employee .. I spend 1000 a week at walmart and sams... no more I was humiliated and pissed

I ordered tires on line and was notified that they were ready to be picked up. I went to the store and was told by the service manager that they had been cancelled. The tires were in the storage room with my information on them. i had a work order done and I waited three hours and my tires were not installed. The people installing the tires were running around texting and making calls. My vehicle was place in a service bay and for three hours nothing was done. The store might need to replace these workers with better employees to include managers. even the managers walk around like what day is this?

I'm giving this store 5*. Specifically the Auto department. It wasn't even me (although my experience was fine), but a customer in front of me had a battery return and something in the return policy was weird. The register attendant called over Taylor, the auto department manager and attempted to get clarification. Since it still wasn't clear Taylor just said 'let's do what's right for the customer' and authorized it. Nice work Taylor. You're a stand-up dude.

Who needs printed photos, I just attach a file to an e-mail or text and avoid the expense of printing. Ok, I know that some people want to hang a photo on the wall! Let them go ahead and pay for printing.

This store is awful. The shelves are never stocked, it lacks selection, isn't very clean, too many people congregate & block the way, cashiers are clueless on what to do with reusable shopping bags...
