Absolutely worst experience at a Verizon store! The individual I spoke with had absolutely no idea what she was doing and it was overwhelmingly apparent! Will be going to another location! Stay away from this location!

Not a Verizon store, but a privately owned affiliate. Won't honor Verizon pricing. Not equipped to honor Verizon ID system with QR verification code. I will avoid this store in the future!

We have been to this store 3 times. The first to buy a new phone. Young man sitting in the back of the store never looked up, never greeted us and treated us like an inconvenience. Since we eventually bought a phone we went back a 2nd time with a problem. This time older fellow treated us like idiots. Third time young lady was able to locate the problem but was terribly inconsiderate. Only place since coming to Texas that we've felt unwanted and we were ruining their day. No smiles, no welcome, just glares.

we’ve had verizon for about 7 years now. we went to upgrade our phones this past weekend. upon walking in the door we were not greeted. we looked around and sat down to wait our turn. 20 minutes passed and still no “hello, how are yall, be with you soon” nothing. finally a lady comes available so we stand up to walk over to the desk and she quickly grabs her stuff and leaves out of the back door i’m guessing on break. still no word from anyone. not even a simple smile. eventually we decided to leave and took ourselves over to at&t and fully switched companies. customer service will always win

There is (VERY) (POOR) coverage in Lufkin, Texas ... (AT&T) (ONLY) ... If you are like me and only want the best ...When I went to return my unit ... The female employee was rude ... unprofessional ... and refused to accommodate the same exact request that I was able to accomplish with ease over the telephone ...Buyer "BEWARE".

Visited this store on Saturday. I was the only person in the place. My phone wouldn't turn on. The lady at the store told me it was the battery and I could buy a new phone or take it down the road for repair. She wasn't helpful at all. Told me I could buy a new phone for $500 I took it down the road. They said it wasn't the battery. Almost bought a new phone, but then decided to go to another store an hour away. The lady at the actual Verizon store was able to get my phone started and I didn't have to bug a new one. I will not be coming back to this store. Also, if you came and lost your diamond earring. It is under the desk. I asked if it was hers and she said "no, it's a customers." And it stayed under the desk.
