I lived here for 10 years. Staff was always friendly and maintenance was helpful when I needed them as well. Since I worked night shift I liked that it was not very noisy outside and was able to sleep during the day. The only reason I left was because I moved out of town. Otherwise I’d still live there. Living in Bordeaux was great and I recommend this place to everyone.

Very friendly staff and a very clean environment. The apartment complex manager is Dora and in the time I have been here has done an excellent job in taking care of any issues, maintenance or otherwise, that may have cropped up in a timely and efficient manner. The head maintenance man, Victor, knows his stuff and has been able to deal with any issue that has arisen regardless of the complexity. In closing let me say I have lived here nearly 4 years now and have absolutely no intention in moving elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

The Bordeaux Apartments were good!Dora, Sabrina, and Victor do what they can to make sure everyone is pleased. Sabrina is awesome, really kind, and understanding!Quiet area besides the occasional barking, music, and cars. Neighbors are all friendly. Apartment interior are overall nice. They are 30-45 minutes from Corpus Christi, which is always a blast! Had a couple management issues but that's all. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place in Kingsville.

Having lived in this complex for the past two years, I can honestly say I’ve had no issues. Dora and Victor have been very good to my wife and I throughout our time here. Maintenance requests were quick to be resolved, and Dora was always available to me for questions and concerns. I never had a problem with pests in my unit.

The landlord Dora is impatient...all she does is get paid of the residence's hard work while she sits in her a/c office all day...everyone giving 5 stars works for Dora or is paid by her ? and IF you have to say you're not friends or do not work for em to 5 star..you are friends and DO work for em

Well let me see. I will stick to the facts and share some opinions. First off, I'm no stranger to these apartments as I lived here as a high school student back in 2003. It was good apartment complex back then. Now I recently lived here back in November, 2016- to August, 2017. This place wants to be run like Hunter's Cove so badly, until they even jacked up the prices like Hunter's Cove without the added features. Our mailbox didn't have a door on it and even after we complained, it wasn't fixed. What ever you do, DO NOT have any trouble with a job. Dora will not give a damn and will harass you and use tactics such as coercion to force payment out of you. She will also threaten to change the locks on your apartment when in reality she cannot. This is considered a "self-help eviction" and is illegal in the state of Texas. When it comes down to evicting you, you will NOT be served a court order and Dora will resort to the aforementioned tactics. While you're moving out, she will spend her day stalking the apartment , hoping that you will leave so that she can attempt change the locks. Then she will send your account off to collections which is also illegal without a court ordered judgment. She will also say that you didn't return the keys and say that you left apartment dirty when you have pictures to prove that you did none of the above to which she will also add to the lies she feeds to the collection agency. I did almost forget to mention that she will send lackeys to your apartment with a spare key. I got a call from my spouse that one of her lackeys was coming to serve an eviction. Instead of leaving it taped to the door as usual, he used his spare key and walked in on my spouse naked. This is considered "breaking and entering". Suffice to say that if you choose to move here, have all of your ducks in a row. I had a credit company procure and challenge the lease agreement from collections and Dora wrote the reasoning portion that we (tenants) "skipped out without paying". This statement is also false and I explained beforehand.Kind of hard to "skip out without paying" when she spent an entire week up to our eviction date banging on our door and demanding rent or she would "change the locks so we couldn't get in". When my first job went under, I borrowed a good amount of money and paid my rent accordingly. When I had my jobs in line, I'd pay her early at times to avoid any issues. When my final job went down due to Hurricane Harvey, she was quick to evict us during said hurricane. I have dates and times and I am willing to provide them if asked or provoked to do so. After all Dora again doesn't give a damn about you at all. Just gives a damn about money and is a liar, a thief and shrewd manager. That's my two cents.

Apartment complex has a persistent flea problem; those who reside here are not held accountable for their pets and no staff available to clean up after the pet friendly environment. Office manager Dora is never available, will not return your deposit and claim you owe additional money for living damages and will threaten you with your information sent to collections. Dora will state she has pictures of your apartment’s carpet before and after you moved in, but she will never show them to you. There are a lot of places in the area for a lower cost and better amenities; I do not recommend this apartment complex to anybody. This business lacks professional infrastructure and intensive remodeling.
