Called up the store 10 minutes before closing because my daughters lost a windshield wiper driving down the highway. The store manager was kind enough to stay open an extra 5 minutes after closing to sell them some wipers and went through the trouble of installing them. I can’t thank these gentlemen enough for helping a father out when I was 200 miles away.

I went in for a battery today, thought it’d be a fast and easy transaction. They sold me the battery and I asked to borrow a 10mm cause I don’t have one on hand. The employee agreed to let me borrow it and took charge putting it in himself as someone else checked me out. I walk outside to my four runner blaring the alarm and sparks flying off my terminal. He responded to my questions by saying he gave me the wrong battery and I need a size up. So I went in with him and got the new battery after being reimbursed, and again he took the liberty while I was paying to do the exact same thing. The alarm goes off and sparks are flying and at this point he somehow blew a fuse to my vehicle. Then went on to say it’s not his fault for the ordeal. So if I have any advice, don’t go here. The people they hire are under trained and completely dense. I now have to tow my truck to a dealership where I’ll be paying well over 300 dollars just for them to fix the mistake this company has caused. They have not reimbursed me for any damages and the employee said they will not. It’s blows my mind this kid still works. How many people has he screwed over. How many people trusted this place and had the same thing happen it’s disgusting and a smack in the face. Do not buy or let anyone inside even look at your car because they are the dumbest people that can ever walk the god green earth.

Didn't get his name but his customer service was awesome. I need to make notes next time I visit places. He took his time to make sure part was correct and said if it don't fit, bring it back. But it did work. He remembered me when I went back to get additional item and again, great customer service. We are all busy, but it's nice to expect great service instead of the usual silence when pulling to pay and they just take your card and don't bother to say thank
