We are not from this area, visiting to enjoy a birthday weekend trip. Our boat suffered what could have been a catastrophic failure that would have ruined our weekend. I walked in with the part i needed and the owner handed me a reliable but used part for free and just asked us to remember him in the future for any boat needs. I wanted to express my gratitude to this place for helping to save our weekend. Will definitely remember this place and will return if the need ever arises. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful place to do business with!! Through the years I’ve purchased over 12 jet skis and about 7 different can-am products. Without a doubt the best overall experience so far. Haven’t tried the service yet, but feel confident in will be the same quality!

I'm going to start this off by saying we've been coming to these guys for 5+ years. Whenever we have a problem with our jet skis, we usually drag them down. Every time we have been here, We have seen exceptionally good work, everyone has been super friendly and nice, and the customer service has been great. I took my JetSki in before they opened to get ahead of other walk in customers since it was early and I wanted to have the ski running by at least the end of the weekend. I was immediately helped out, even the the shop had not been opened yet, and given a quick response. The person helping me immediately knew what was wrong with my JetSki, and gave me a reasonable price for his work. This is the second JetSki that this business has got up and running from not running. The first JetSki was one that we left sitting for a little bit, and this one was just maintenance issues. This business is truly amazing at what they do, and I will be bringing all of my watercraft needs here from now on. 10/10 great business.

My two Sea Doos were purchased here at Highland Lakes Watercraft. They have serviced by Christina and her crew for for twenty years. Every time I brought them in for maintenance service, they were always prompt and courteous and remembered my name. We are moving to the Fort Worth area, and wanted to sell both PWCs, so HLW got them running like new in a couple of days. Christina asked if she could keep an eye out for a buyer for used Sea Doos. In 24 hours she had a buyer for me at asking price. Eric, Paige, Christina and all the staff are the real deal and deserve SIX stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I could not be more happy with the service, quality, and degree of professionalism from Highland Lakes Watercraft. I had been servicing two 2014 seadoos with a place in Austin every year and always had a so so experience. This place got us in for annual service in days instead of months, they had our routine work done well in advance of expectation, and they run just as well as the day we bought them. I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't recommend them enough!

Always prompt, fair, and friendly. Fantastic service and repairs. Paige is patient with me, ?. Completely different experience than at one of the big city Seadoo dealer/service shops. Just all around better. Worth the trip even if Kingsland is a little out of your normal travels. I’ll plug Seadoo while I’m at it, machines are just designed and made better and I’ve owned the others too.Thank you
