I have been very happy with Blue Water Nursery and irrigation! I had a new lift pump installed less than a year ago. During the latest freeze it cracked. Went to Blue water assuming I would need to purchase another, but instead, they came and replaced the casing and got the sprinkler system up and running.

The staff from Bluewater Nursery arrived when expected and made repairs to our irrigation system promptly. After they completed the work they walked with me and explained everything that was replaced. The system is working like it should now.

I normally never post a review but I was compelled to post this one because Blue Water did an outstanding job. I called for a repair to a non-working station (2) and scheduled an appointment. The next day, Austin called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled, of course that was great (doesn't always work for some people but in this case an early arrival was welcomed). Austin found my problem immediately; it was a loose wire. Austin could have left but instead offered to check out my entire system. Austin and Jason found bubbling water at three sprinkler heads which of course means a broke line. He repaired one and capped two that we didn't need. He then checked all heads, cleaned and or replaced filters and changed caps where necessary to redirect water where needed. I requested he dig and cap three additional heads in a specific area. Austin suggested that I just shut them off in the event that I might need them in the future. I thought that was an excellent suggestion. He could have easily worked longer and billed more. He was more concerened that I might change my mind and need those heads at a later date (I think he might be right). I'm glad I didn't cap them underground. This system was here when this place was purchased and needless to say has never worked better. A BIG thank you to Blue Water and to AUSTIN. I was extremely impressed with this young Mans' work ethics and knowledge. I highly recommend Blue Water Nursery and Irrigation.

Blue Water has a nice selection of high-quality trees at their nursery here in Kingsland. The very sweet lady Tammy is out there every day taking good care of the trees and being very helpful to customers. I purchased a Red Oak, and Crepe Myrtle for my yard, along with delivery, installation, compost and irrigation modifications. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. I recommend Blue Water for your planting and irrigation needs!

You know that old saying... "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me"? Well. I called Blue water after we buried a propane tank. They repaired lines that the propane company dug up to the tune of over $5000. I was shocked at the bill and by the fact that they never provided an estimate for the work before doing it. So I paid the bill. Round 2, after winter, our pump that provide water to the irrigation system from the lake quit working. I called them back and expressly asked what it would cost to repair. I was quoted $1800. They came out a week later and did the same thing. My bill this time is $5800. They will not respond to my emails. I contracted to purchase a tree and have it planted as I was out of the area. I was promised many times to have an invoice sent to me yet over one year and I never received it. I did receive an additional charge which I paid. Sad business..Service: Tree landscaping

This is a hidden treasure in Kingsland. They had great selection of fruit trees and blackberries and blueberries. And best of all they had knowledge. They were willing to share and work with new people, answer questions, and walk through the garden area with you. Highly recommended.

One of the worst. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. He makes a great presentation at the bidding stage. Brings his son with him. But you get nothing promised. 1. They literally did half of the work they promised to do. 2. Additionally, I now have 2 sprinkler heads that are flooding the yard. 3. The bubblers for the trees don't make it to the tree because the water just flows downhill. They promised to move the bubblers to the correct position, but did not do it. 4. Paid for sprinklers in the flower beds - the sprinklers don't provide water to the entire bed. I now have plants dying. 5. Not only did he not come back for the warranty work and to finish the work promised, we had a full landscaping job available for the owner to bid on. He didn't even bid on that. How bizarre. It's like he doesn't want to work at all.

Fantastic job! Delivered and installed Elm. Professional! Worked really hard in almost 100 degrees and did fantastic job! Cleaned up everything after they were done and gave me instructions on how to take care of the tree! Certainly will use them again! Prices extremely reasonable! Follow up not to good! They were coming back to adjust sprinklers on the following Tuesday or Wednesday, never showed or called! That was a few weeks ago! Have a problem when a vendor gives you a vague time and you sit home for two days and they don't show or call! Been a few weeks now, written them off for following through! But the tree they sold me doing great, which is why I am leaving at 3 stars! I could have called them but find this is a big problem in Kingsland, vendors not showing up or calling!
