“I came to town and country to get a rear bumper repaired after a rear end at a stop light. I've never used them before but, I've always heard great things and wanted to see for myself. They did not disappoint at all I was very impressed. After I took a closer look I couldn't tell it looked brand new. “AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE:today 07/22/24 around 5:30ish pm ,My wife and I took a belt back without receipt we lost receipt within a couple days of purchase ,the young man at the counter was exactly the example of a awesome employee who cares about customers being properly taken care of he searched the transactions for that item and then explained everything and made sure we understood and got the proper tools we needed he could of blown us off since we were not prepared and made his job a little more difficult yet he smiled and told me not to apologize , I did not catch his name but If I had my own business he would be the type of employee that would help my company to be successful, it’s a long review but dang I was impressed by his service , and now days that’s a big deal , I hope advanced doesn’t sleep on this young man he’s BIG DAWG material with a GOOD heart that’s rare now days as so many only worrie about themselves, THANKS BRO DONT CHANGE”

My brother and daughter broke down with a my brother’s camper truck and they all worked to help them day and night. It needed a crank shaft and no one could work on it with the holiday going on. So my brother took it apart with the help of everyone and they got it running again after a couple days of long days and nights. My brother and daughter wanted to thank them as well. Thank you!!! “I have been shopping at O’Reilly stores for years. Help is always good and usually have the part-time need. Stopped here yesterday to get a windshield wiper blade, and the guy behind the counter went above and beyond. He saw me looking at the chart, ask if he could help, looked up the correct blade for my car, went and got it off the rack, then took it outside and put it on the car for me to make sure that it fit. Absolutely amazing.”

“Awesome garage, we had tire problems and although he didn't have the right tire size he let us know that we could make it home and fix it there then he zip tied a loose piece of the body which was causing problems, and he didn't even accept when we tried to pay him for his help! Amazing place would 100% recommend, also it's open till 8pm even on sundays which is great”
