Beds were good. No problems with bugs. Air conditioning worked well. Complementary soaps worked well. Bath towels nice. Shower worked well. Laundry on site was useful. Great location. Saw the Eclipse from the parking lot. Great view! Internet could be better. Vending machine prices high. Otherwise it was great! Staff is excellent! Very friendly and always someone present to help if needed.Thank you Tina and Adalia!Rooms: The rooms were good size. Everything we needed plus a kitchen. Great views. Easy highway access. Staff had room nicely cleaned.Safety: Felt safe the entire stay. Good locks. We were on the 3rd floor.

Don't stay here. I tried to stay here.But I checked right out when I got my room.This place has black mold all over and it smells like nothing but black mold and mildew in the hallways Warning, do not stay here.This place needs to be shut down. I Could have ask for my refund back when I checked out. But they can have it This place just needs to be shut down period.It seems like all they do is just paint over the mold they don't really remove it.That's why there's a musty smell in the hallways. And you can't make nothing right. This hotel is trash. So you can stop with the fake. Caring about my experience at this hotel. You guys don't care about people's health. That stay in there all you guys care about is collecting money. That's why you guys cover up the black mold with paint

Hotel rate is less expensive than others, Good location, rooms have to improve a lot, they look old, damaged, stained, they are not cleaned regularly, you have to requested it. We reported a water leak under sink, it was never repaired. Cabinets were stained inside.People smoke inside and close to the door. You can smell some MJane.Terrible Wifi.Staff is very nice and profesional.

Tina is a wonderful manager and her crew are wonderful people always around when needed. I love the hotel and location.Nearby activities: A mall,churchs,schoolsSafety: Everyone watches over everyone.Walkability: You can go to the store and get something to drink .Food & drinks: The food from the vending medicine is great.

Oh tina the general manager was a wonderful and a blessing lady she give her all even tho things were working the proper way she have communicated and she give her all to the customers her customers service was outstanding you can tell she have many years of experience without her telling you, she kept her self professional and did all she can make not only myself handle but for people who was in line, I would love working with her again with anything when I decide to come back and stay

I am a mother of 3 autistic children. When I tell you, Skylar was amazing. She made me, my husband, and my kiddos feel seen. Skylar was super sweet and accommodating. Ms. Tina the day I met her helped me before she was even clocked in. I love my extended stay at the Woodsprings Suites. Will definitely be going there?

Okay, I had an insurance claim that caused me to hold up in a hotel.For an indeterminate amount of time.This is a good easy stop hotel for a good price. The staff is pretty nice for the most I part but some of the rooms at this hotel have fallen into disrepair the rooms either have, bad blinds, lifting tiles, a stained tub, a whole in the door and some even got roaches.Just carefully look over your room. If there's a problem, talk to the staff they will do whatever they can to fix it for you.Every company, employs at least one jerk with an attitude so if you get that guy, just find a different employeee their pretty helpfull for the most part

So I called earlier in the afternoon and was told we could check in after Midnight.. we get there the nice lady( sorry I don’t remember her name)but she told us that the Hotel was booked and she had no rooms for us.. that was not okay in my books.. we willl never book there..
