how you going to hold me on the phone for an hour straight. how are you gonna say my medicine is ready 4 times and then when i go in person it isnt.do not go here, they cause you to miss your dosages.

OMG...I've got to get a new pharmacy. I'm tired of waiting an hour on average for the pharmacy drive through. I have used this pharmacy for a couple of years. Originally, I started here because the pharmacy was open 24 hours a day. Of course, now, they have decreased their hours of operation. A lot of places used COVID as an excuse to cut down on hours and offer poor customer service and that might be their excuse, too. I haven't asked. Hell, I spent an hour getting my prescriptions...no time for extra questions. Also, I realize this is Killeen and a new sucker is transferred in every day so no need to build a base of repeat customers. IF YOU NEED TO USE WALGREENS, DON'T USE THIS LOCATION.

Would give a 0 star if I could. This place is so unprofessiona. trying to get my prescriptions and in 2 days they still didn't have them filled. they were disrespectful all 4 times I had to come back. And its almost closing time and they STILL don't have Then filled

Would give zero stars if possible. I have a 90 day prescription for pain medication broken into 3 thirty day prescriptions. Each time I renewed the prescription it has delayed for 3 to 5 days, and the message I'm getting is the prescription is out of stock, even though the pharmacy has had the prescription for sixty days now, this is inexcusable. I can understand them not having my medication in stock the first time my prescription was sent in, however, they have known about the refills since the first day. Should have some sort of automatic ordering system that triggers the order a week before the refill is due that way it is available when the customer is allowed to place their request for refill.

I have been waiting 2 hours on the phone and was disconnected already twice. I tried to go to chat to try and get help but she just told me I had to go to the store. She told me they are busy due tocovid vaccines and testing well I think Walgreens should staff appropriately then. The customer service is just not there. This happeneds a lot.

Double check the paperwork so you don't get the wrong vaccine. Waiting time for a person with an appointment is an hour. Totally disorganized pharmacy. Restrooms are locked and few chairs to sit in.

Horrible customer service. Slow and rude..mind you even with an appointment be prepared to wait in line along with all the walk-ins!!! Also, I still had to wait over an hour for a prescription which was said to be ready in 30 minutes!

Extremely slow. Half the time, only half my prescriptions are filled. Have to come back 2-3 times to get all my prescriptions. Probably the slowest pharmacy I’ve been to.
