I wish I could give these lying lowlifes a zero star rating. We went in there to add a line and they pressured us into taking their good for nothing Wi-Fi. We were told just 2 days ago that we would not be charged for 30 days and that if we didn’t like it, we could return to the store. All that was an absolute lie. Everyone in that store is trash! Shop with them at your own risk. They will lie to you, take your money, then whe. You have a complaint they will tell you to call customer service. Unfortunately I am locked in for 36 months with this garbage company. When I am done with them, I am not giving Verizon one more red cent!

Specialist Rodney Parker at 2309 E Central Tx Expwy did an amazing job today. He not only lowered my bill(tremendously), but he was extremely patient, and welcoming. I love Verizon

These guys messed up my credit and ruined my chance to buy a house, go to a real verizon not this one.
they mistakenly activated my phone and I cancelled it the same day and they charged me 170$ for nothing.
They did not take responsibility and now it's messed up be careful with this business.

CAN'T CALL this location directly! Hit "Call" and it goes to "Customer Service" 800#...and they CAN'T tell you what the phone number to this location is, nor what phones Verizon carries - told me I can ONLY STOP BY and they can't even call this location directly! This is a "Corporate Store" location??

This place has horrible service personal.
Lack of competence and social interaction, they have zero empathy.
The rest of the reviews are correct as to their condescending and demeaning attitude also advanced knowledge over the customer service line or corporate level.
They can have you in here wasting away time!.
Like I say, if you don't like your J. O. B. don't show up!!.. and someone else will gladly take your position, just do not take it out on someone else because your are sad at the job you're working at.
THEIR MANAGER IS THE LESS QUALIFIED PERSON IN THE BUILDING AS WELL.. (HORRIBLE ATTITUDE).
THEY'LL RESPOND HERE I SEE WITH SOME AUTO GENERATED RESPONSE AS TO HOW THEY MEAN BETTER, AND WILL LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND FORWARD IT TO SOMEONE FOR REVIEW.
NOT TRUE.
TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE.

The sales manager attempted to answer my questions but the sales person behind the counter kept over talking him! Horrible service. Went to T-Mobile and received a better deal.

No wait. Mr. Rodney Parker was amazing. He definitely went above and beyond my service expectations. He answered all my questions quickly, got our new devices setup, and even setup some future plans for us. He sent me his card and told me to reach out to him if I had any problems or questions in the future. Awesome experience and I will definitely use the Killeen location again.

Not this location. Verizon in genral. Not military friendly. They have one option to defer your phone if it doesn't work they will charge you when deployed. You will go to war my friends, come back with a 6,000 dollar bill and a 500 credit score. If your military do not, I mean DO NOT use Verizon. They refuse to help you if your military.

The sales people here claim to know more than a corporate account specialist who sent me here to pay a final bill. They took my money but could not give me a final bill receipt like the specialist said they would. Another reason I'm not with Verizon.

You have customers in here signing up for contracts for 2 years spending thousands of dollars and don't even have a restroom to let them use this place is ratchet.

The manager had the most welcoming and disarming smile.The Customer service person was efficient and I was out as quickly as I walked in. Great service
