It’s really sad that people have to write in the line for a good 10 to 20 minutes just to have something mailed off. Now I see why nobody wants to work for the United States Postal Service they’re unhappy, and they don’t pay their employees what they’re worth.

i dont know her name so im describing her ( the older white lady that dresses manly with glasses) is rude and unfair. i got there at 4pm, and by the time i got to the counter and everything it was 4:15pm, i went to the car checked the contents if what was being sent and packaged the items. i came back in at 430 cause i though this usps would close at 5pm like every other usps store.... i mean they are government buildings..... one would thing they all would close same time.. anywho i got in there and was immediately told they are closed... there was 2 people in line and one of them happened to do the samething i did. the older white lady took those 2 custoemrs and told me to leave. if i find out her name which i will i will report this. dont think just because you work at a government agency no one will report you for bad customer service. you are not immune.

Long lines. Had 2 (slow) people working, the line was almost out the door. Then one of them left and started cleaning up leaving the 1st girl all to herself. At the end of the day- people always fill up the lobby- should have a Minimum of 2 people.

Keep having issues with delivery carriers not following directions, they’ve even put no one home to sign when I was home all day cameras don’t even show them on my property at all. I have one video saved of an employee throwing my packages towards my front door from a few feet away.

This location gets very busy so there tends to be a longer wait but the employees are professional in my opinion.
