I’ve held off on writing a review on this place but I feel that it should be written. The older black man with the Jamaican accent is extremely rude. Every time I’ve come to this place he has a bad attitude but he’s smiling and laughing when he finds someone he wants to flirt with. Every post office I’ve gone to moves rather quickly and will apologize and atleast smile at customers the people that work here just don’t and look miserable.. I’ll make sure to never come back to this place and I can tell that management doesn’t care because there are several reviews saying the same thing.

What’s with the clerks at this office? Every time I come, the clerks are so unmotivated, unfriendly and seem bothered to have to go there work. They lack simple common courtesies like saying “hello”. I come here often as it’ the closest one to where I live, and every time I go it’s so incredibly uncomfortable dealing with the clerks. They genuinely seem miserable with their job and it shows in thier service and professionalism.

USPS has lost a lot of trust in the last 6 months, KILLEEN, celebrates mediocrity. Package was given to someone, TWO ZIP CODES AWAY. Been a week of phone tag, the the people and their lack of knowledge, increase the frustration, Going to the post office face to face is also a waste- NO ONE CARES!!! its a PAYCHECK, no real sense of care or profession. a week waiting for one explanation is beyond reasonable, since ALLL THE DAMN USPS TRUCKS HAVE GPS- not difficult to track, that the person driving circles Saturday until 732PM was two ZIP CODES OVER. Horrid, Hate it ,I cant stand it. BUT! HEY, ITS THE ONLY MAIL service So everyone is and Willl continue to be at the mercy of inept individuals and their Too Cool to do squat "Supervisor". you know=- the ONE thats never EVER EVER at work ( Must have been a warrant officer at hood). Sorry excuse for a United States P Service, because we are all getting the P- and not Packages we paid for. Getting anything done on the phone or online is just as retarded. OIG WORzthless, CALL CENTER Worthless, USPS LEO WORTHLESS, The flap jack delivery person that gave my package to an individual TWO ZIP CODES OVER??? CRIMINAL!!!!!

On 25 July 2024 at 0800, we had an appointment scheduled to do my baby’s passport. Once we entered the facility, the short old lady was already rude and with an attitude! YES! At 0800 on a Thursday!!!! My husband and I remained positive and nice. As soon as we got to the counter, no greetings and just demanded to see the papers. I did not have a copy of one of the documents so instead of assisting us with this she just kept giving me an attitude. She didn’t bother to offer any sort of assistance or ask kindly to see the other documents. She remained rude with her attitude. I could not stand it. I just don’t understand why people like her still have a job like this, which also requires you to interact with customers on a daily basis. Either this old woman needs to be re-trained or needs to be fired because this is ridiculous. She is old and bitter and honestly should not be taking out her anger and bitterness on us. To the manager of this facility, train your employees better. If they cannot follow the rules as simple as provide decent customer service then let them go. Because clearly this line of work is not for that bitter old lady!!!!

Today I came in to do my first passport ever with my father who’s in his 50’s. When we arrived we weren’t greeted, instead we were rudely interacted with by an employee whose name I don’t know currently because she’s not even wearing her name badge like her other coworkers. Before we went, we called USPS to confirm some questions we had regarding times for walk ins, and also acquiring a new passport card. The times for the walk ins online do not match what they have onsite, online it’s 8:30am to 12 which we went to. We were told repeatedly that it’s from 3-4 which we understood but we had questions we wanted to ask regarding what they told us online compared to what the employee was saying. She cut us off mid question trying to hurry us up so people in line could go, she talked in a derogatory tone like we weren’t knowledgeable of the topic at all, basically she was negative and it felt as if there was animosity between us and we just came in! We came back at said time and I’ll be honest it was about 5 minutes till 4 and when we walked in the employee states “it’s 4, we close at 4.” 1. This post office doesn’t close until 5 pm. 2. If you offer a service that doesn’t “end” until a specific time that you do not offer everyday, what sense does it make to pack up 10 min early? 3. Customer service is the basis to a first impression to retain respect and constant customers, as far as the other employees they were fine in a sense but had the same attitude which is obviously a product of the toxic environment. I am very disappointed being an avid usps customer for my business and If I could, I wouldn’t stop at giving this rating a 1 out of five, if I could I would rate it 3/10. I only say 3 because I respect the manager, when I asked for the employees name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag, she didn’t fold. She kept her composure and apologized for the experience and admitted that she knows about their rating and also that they aren’t the worse. But a 1.8 out of 5? I don’t think you should be proud that. This is my first and last time walking into this post office. Yall need to learn something from south stan… thx for reading :)

I just came from this place no more thsn 30 minutes ago. I only want to ask a question regarding the application for a passport. I made the mistake of coming to this short, Hispanic lady on one of the counters. For a federal employee getting paid thru people's taxes she's the rudest person ever to get information from. I'm retired Army. I don't need somebody like her to be talking down on me like she's God almighty. Her supervisor needs to speak to her to correct her attitude.

If I could give zero, I would! The employee from the passport section needs to be retrained in customer service. If I am wrong I am wrong but knowing how to address that I am wrong versus making me feel horrible is a different thing. I guess the reviews are meaningless since I am not the first one writing about it.

By far the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Both the man and woman that worked there were horrible. I asked a question about a photo and the woman for some reason started laughing. The man was acting like I was inconveniencing him by doing his job. I will never come back to this place again.

Pick up my stuff today Items that must be picked up at the post office A man named Jacob called in the morning to come pick up my package that is was on hold in post office. I entered the space where the employee was a dark-haired woman with glasses. Ask me if you have a permit to pick up the item? I said no they never left me paper. I told her that an employee named Jacob had called to come pick up the package. She rolled her eyes on me and pointed me to another employee. She didn't help me at all and had disgusting manners. She so rude. I get Mr. Sam checking on my package and he’s very helpful. Thank you SAM!
