The letter was returned to me with a mark on it that indicates the address was incorrect. However, this was not the case as the address was correct. The letter arrived in Austin and was then returned. To find out a little more information about returning a letter, I came to this post office. Unfortunately, the employee could not provide an answer as to why my letter was returned.
By the way, I am confident that I provided the correct address. I resent the letter to the same address and it was successfully delivered the second time.
I also cannot understand what is happening with this mail, because the second letter I sent from this branch, through the hands of an employee, did not reach New York. By the way, this letter did not reach the intended recipient and was not returned to me.
What a mess!

Constantly losing my packages by misdelivering them in someone else's mailboxes or marking them as delivered and they suddenly disappear. Especially mailed prescriptions from the VA. It's not just packages that go missing either.
Do better! Train your carriers to pay better attention to street addresses and mailbox numbers.

Terrible. My packages is always is late whenever anything comes through the USPS I'm always dreading it because it's almost always an issue.
Recently I ordered something and keeps getting delayed/late during tracking and it sat at the local post office for 3 days just to get redirected ba k to the Austin distribution center. Keep bouncing around my packages.

I’m not posting about my experience with anyone in particular, I am posting about the overall conditions of the lobby. I went there on Monday 27 May to use the Self Service Kiosk and I was truly disgusted with the smell of the place. Smelled like sweat, floor is dirty, windows are filthy. This is a federal building. Everything is filthy. Is there no cleaning contract, or is there a contract and no one is ensuring the job is done satisfactorily. Basic observation, if it looks good, the service good. Based on the lobby, and other reviews, this facility needs to do better.

I been staying in Killeen For 5 Years & None Of My Packages Ever Get Delivered. It’s Sad Man, It Took Me 8 Months To My Driver License Delivered, Now Im Waiting On Title & Idk If They Just Lost It Or What. My Justin Jefferson Jersey Was Stolen, Killeen Has To Do Better

People inside are nice & as helpful as the can but how come they never communicate between them, they don't seem to know where packages are?
We just moved here and didn't tell us how to open the mailbox for big packages just gave us a paper with location and box number just for it to be the one of another apartment.

The postman for my area is not very pleasant. He refuses to put my mail in my mailbox and when I asked him y he proceeded to get a attitude with me. To defuse the situation I walked away and got into my vehicle as he proceeded to get right back out his mail truck walk across the street and tried to come in my yard yelling at me. When I told him he was wrong for putting my mail on the flag and not in my box or taking it back to the post office he kept yelling at me and walking towards my vehicle while I'm in my vehicle. Unacceptable to say the least... when I asked for his name he refused to give me his name. I told him I needed his name for the report I will be making he kept cursing at me saying report me report me over and over. So if u live in 7200-7500 clear creek be careful dude is crazy and yes I made Mt report to copper mountain and to the main postal 1800 number as well. Simply because what he did was Unacceptable

I want to start off by saying my packages arrived on time, but the employee DID NOT leave the parcel key behind so I could retrieve my packages. I went up there yesterday & I also emailed, and received a response stating the problem would be taken care of. It was not. I went up there again today again, stating no key was left behind as soon as they opened. Well our mail was delivered but still… NO PARCEL KEY. This is beyond infuriating, all because someone didn’t do their job properly now I cannot get packages I’ve spend over $150 on.
