I had scheduled a notary appt online, for this location for today 9am-9:30am. I get there on time and was told "oh we don't have a notary until 11am, I do notary but I'm not suppose to be here today". Now why would you tell a customer this, extremely unprofessional. I drove all the way across town because I had an appt, made from UPS website, with your address. This needs to be updated, extremely inconvenient, poor customer service, waste of my precious time and gas.

Dropped off an Amazon return. Quick, no hassles. However, they do not sell US postage stamps as advertised. I had to go elsewhere.

Lady today said they don’t ship phones to an APO AE and added that they can’t be shipped overseas. Is this right or just another person that doesn’t know what they are talking about?

Very snarky desk staff. Slow service. Often no notary available. Only go here if you have no choice. The store down the street is much better!

This UPS is extremely unreliable. They constantly misplace and lose your mail. Today without giving me any sort of warning letter or notice they closed my P.o. box. i've always been on time with payments and while expecting important mail i've been going in once a week for a month and not a single person told me my account was closed. It's absolutely remarkable how unprofessional this store is. Then they had the audacity to ask if i wanted to open another box. No thanks.

Don't know what happened to this store new staff... not only did I stand in line for 25 minutes, she told me because I had already had the date she couldn't do my notary.....I went in yesterday no Notary was available, now I have to go back to my son's school to retrieve another paper because she wouldn't notarize it ..The line was wrapped with people wait time 20 to 30 minutes.... They need more employees..And her attitude stinks...What happened to the old store manager and other staff?

I've been a customer here for many years. I pay for a yearly box also for many many years. There's been problems here or there. Usually the manager fixed it, or it was a one time or rare thing so I let it go. I don't know what's happened, but I've been told several months ago that the old managers are gone. Now and for the last many months..... its a miracle if anyone ever answers the phone when I try to call in. When I do make it in for my mail and packages, people aren't so friendly. This place has gone downhill. This is the 7th year I've been a box holder there. I think it may be my last. I'm tired of not being able to reach anyone or get any responses when I need to call about something. My husband and I are over the road truckers so rarely home. I need a reliable place to hold my mail and this location no longer seems like a safe one.

Checked the hours for New Years Eve. Web site said closed at 5pm went to store and found they had closed at three. I would think its up to manager to make sure info posted is correct. I guess manager is too stupid to do this. He should be FIRED.

Alex S with the pink hair, girl you need a serious attitude adjustment when it comes to dealing with customers. Who am I to know what Amazon ships in isn’t to ups standards when it clearly says drop off in original packaging. The barcode on the bag even says it was delivered in that bag…. Having an attitude instead of explaining thoroughly is annoying as heck. I’m sure you deal with annoying people all day, I get it but dang. Was thinking about using this location for my business needs but I’ll happily use other location or someone local.
