Jace is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He placed our vehicle in the street so that his truck wouldn't crack the driveway. Which was great with me because he helped me get our vehicle into the garage.

We were very impressed that in just 8 minutes AAA sent Dakota with his tow truck to rescue us after our truck died. Dakota was so wonderful!! He was polite and friendly, highly skilled, prompt and efficient. He carefully loaded our vehicle onto the tow truck, and maneuvered his tow truck through the tight parking spaces at the repair shop to deliver our truck.

My car broke down on I-35. I called AAA and they dispatched through Unlimited Towing and Recovery. Dakota was the tow truck driver and he was excellent. Their dispatcher was also friendly over the phone. It was about an hour drive to take my car to where it needed to go. I only had to wait about 40 minutes, which is what was advised to me by their dispatcher. Dakota was punctual, friendly, polite and professional. It was a stressful situation that could have been a lot worse by a bad tow, but he really saved the day!
