Poor record keeping and communication skillsFiled a tax with this place last year, was okay - a bit confusing on they part but nothing I can't work with.This year tried the online portal -- IT WAS A MESS. They do not look at your record from last year AT ALL.Made an appointment to be in person -- just to find out that. No one has ever update my file. The record was still showing that I have not getting anything corrected since last year.Katelyn showed me and my husband a few things and got that part fixed.I brought copy of tax return from year 2020, custody paper, W-2, and necessary paperworks- done by Katlyn's sister, Amended by Katelyn. Katelyn continue to say I don't understand why they make a mistake, it was so simple.a few days later, My husband received a call to pick up 2021 tax paperwork to mail since file electronically failed. My husband stopped by to pick up document mentioned in the voicemail and NO ONE knows what or why he was there.He called me and we eventually figured it out. He come home and showed me what he got, no envelope nor address to mail the document in. just poor customer service.I called and find out to find out where to send the document to, the front desk handed the phone to Katelyn and she said she'll email me the address.Then When I asked for the copy of Federal Tax return 2021, she insisted she have given me a copy. I told her she did not.. it's become back and forth. Very Childress back and forth. I don't have time for this.Looking for a piece of mind and professional service and less back and forth, this is not a place for you.

I GO TO THEM EVERY YEAR ND THEY ALWAYS TOOK CARE OF ME ND WORK CONSISTENCY. VERY NICE STAFF. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Candy at TTD Bookkeeping is absolutely ? amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful!! This is definitely the best tax experience I have ever had & I will return every year for sure!!! Highly recommend with no doubt!!!

They have had my papers over a week when I just called to find out what was going on the owner kate was very rude. As well she does not know her business all to well she told me if I would have turned in all needed documents it would be done already but she is the one who told me what documents needed to be turned in the day I turned them in. They also told me I could not do a section 179 if I would not have known exactly what I needed they would have made me believe I could not do as such. Now she tells me to take my business elsewhere when asked how much longer and if I should have taken somewhere else. My grandpa has filed with mike here for years and years and I would have had everything worked out thanks guys for being so unprofessional now I have to find another company during this “stay at home” when they have had mine since last week!
