We really loved our stay with TRG! Every issue we had they took care of it immediately. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Even the maintenance people.
I was so sad we had to move away, but if we ever come back TRG is first on our list.

"I recently worked with TRG Real Estate company, and although I was pleased with some aspects of their service, I was disappointed with their lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability. While the agents I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable, I found that they were often unresponsive to my inquiries and failed to keep me updated on important developments in the buying process. Additionally, I noticed a lack of attention to detail and follow-through on their part, which made me question their commitment to ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.I believe that TRG Real Estate company has the potential to be a great choice for buyers and sellers, but they need to improve their communication and accountability in order to truly stand out in the industry. I would recommend that they implement a more streamlined communication system and hold their agents to higher standards of professionalism and follow-through. Never rent from here! We left unit spotless with carpet cleaning recipts yard cleaned everything move in ready! They still denied full deposit and had to take to small claims court to receive full deposit smh, Statue of limitations on complaints are 2 years, If your desperate with no where to live make them your last resort for the area......This company has no morals....

Liz was extremely knowledgeable, she returned my email with a phone call. We have been house hunting for a month. It has been a root canal. it was a blessing to hear a real voice that was willing to help.

I used the property management arm of TRG for over 15 years. This company was a perfect match and cared for my property; they consistently met and exceeded my expectations on several occasions. They took care of issues and I never had to visit the property over these years. Yvonne and Anthony work well on behalf of their clients and get the right solution done every time. As a client, my concerns were always addressed and taken care of. When I decided to sell my house, they took care of everything and took care to accommodate my needs. Their agent Mandy often communicated with me after hours and ensured my best interests were at heart. I really appreciate the entire team there. I will miss working with them.

Main issues was with neighbors not being addressed about things such as pulling in behind my vehicle which I couldn't leave for almost 2hrs... contacted office and basically nothing was done although there's a towing notice posted...other parking issues, yard issues such as dogs scratching up back door, dug holes by front gate and AC unit, then couldn't even go sit on back area because dogs were constantly everywhere and with poop...
Only main maintenance issue was a cabinet that was never fixed and leak in roof which messed up painting upstairs and under cabinet in bathroom...whole roof was replaced eventually though...and yes all maintenance issues were reported in timely manner....
The neighbors just made me want to move even quicker along with company seeming as if there was nothing they could do

I rented from TRG over 10 years and I love the company family-owned business and they always responded within 24 hours whenever I had any problems property Management's the best and they have great Realtors over there give them a call if you need to sell or buy.

I'll be sharing my terrible experience with TRG Realty very soon. All I'll say at the moment is that TRG IS HORRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO MAINTENANCE AND HONESTY. I had a waterfall on my back porch and dead baby birds falling out of the ceiling of my porch.

I read a few reviews before I decided to go thru these people. I went ahead and did it anyways. If u are reading this do not use this establishment. I paid $1,000 for tile, carpet, and pest control prior to moving out and they still kept all of my deposit except $65. We left that house at least twice as clean as it was given to us. Very disappointed that I tried to do the right thing and they probably never had any intention of doing the right thing after reading everyone’s security deposit horror stories.
