“I was impressed with the service I received from the personnel answering the phone at the office to the tow driver, Joey. Joey impressed me the most because he was knowledgeable and very professional. I was prepared for the worst car problem aince it wouldn’t start. After he checked my battery we found that was the issue. “These guys really earned a 5-star review from me. I made them work at it! I took in an older vehicle (20 year-old car that had been sitting in storage pretty much since before the pandemic). Worse... Another shop in town had started in on my punch list, but really did a crappy job. The guys at First Choice Automotive fixed a bunch of things. Suspension - car handles like new! Tune up. Air Conditioner. Power window. I forget what else, but it was a long list -- and I'm sure I spent more on this car than it was worth, but now it runs like a top. This really should be your "first choice" for vehicle repair in Killeen. Thanks guys!”
