Today I had to have my car towed. Will from Tow Masters came to get my vehicle. He was so knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. As a retired military paratrooper, I am used to being around professionals. This guy is awesome. He answered every question that I had effortlessly. The care that he took in getting my vehicle ready for tow was first class! It is great to see motivated and dedicated people do what they do. Great job Tow Masters! I will call you first from now on.

Will made my son the happiest he’s ever been in his 2 years of life…? Will was on time, professional & great with my son! He knew my son was excited about seeing the tow truck come get mommy’s car, so Will called my son over & asked him if he wanted to do it! My son talked about the rest of the day & rewatched the video I took of him controlling the levers alllllll day long with a huge smile on his face. Honestly, the experience alone was worth the price of the tow! Give this man a raise!! Two thumbs up!!

Well, I would leave no stars but they don't give that option. We had to have a tow and Transit Pros sent Tow Masters to tow us back to town. After many issues over 4hours, and multiple tow trucks they were finally able to load the unit and transport it to their lot as it was now too late to take to the repair shop. There was damage to our rear mud flap and we sent pictures and videos to both companies and today Tow Masters called and said they determined that the damage was done prior to the tow even after the pics and videos. We are still trying to get a resolution but doubt that will happen without some type of attorney assistance.
