Was charged twice for membership. Was told I would get a refund on 8/26. No refund. Called 8/27 left message but got no response. Called 8/28 left message. Lady called me back said it would be handled on 8/29 or 8/30. Did not think refund is that difficult but accepted the what she said. Come 8/31 still no refund. Called 8/31 left message. No response. Called 9/2 left message. No response. Called 9/3 left message. No response. Still no refund. Cannot say they have been busy because it has been raining the last 3 or four days. Cancelled membership and taking business elsewhere.

Extremely rude customer service.
Confirmed a subscription mistake made by incompetent employees and the site manager handled the issue with a condescending attitude and refused to issue a complete refund.
Killeen has many other car washes.
Save yourself the hassle and headache and take your business elsewhere.

I've repeatedly contacted them via their website (which wasn't working until about three weeks ago) to cancel my membership. Haven't heard back and they're still trying to charge my card for the next month's subscription. I've had to dispute the charge and other future charges with my bank.

Wash is ok, the back part needs another wash ?, thankful my side mirrors wernt bent, & the vacuums are strong.

2024 new Kia - Metal window trim bent down, liner and metal came away from window, metal scratched car door. They said because the video shows it happened in “blower” section of car wash there is nothing they can do. Not to mention bugs still on grill, dirt still around license plate, and small sticky wax bits on my window. ?

Was asked to leave and stop mid vacuum of the vehicle because other people were waiting to vacuum. Terrible customer service to tell someone to leave when middle of working on their vehicle. Mind you it's a SUV so it takes longer to vacuum then your standard 4 door sedan.
