It’s a good sized thrift store and it’s organized to an extent. The far left side of the store is a bit cluttered, but not too bad. It’s important to note before you shop here that they DO NOT accept returns and DO NOT have dressing rooms. They have restrooms, but they are disgusting.Unfortunately, like every other thrift store nowadays, the prices are ridiculous. I went in today and saw a shirt they were selling for $10.99. The original price tag was on the shirt, which you could buy new at Walmart for $9.98. There was a pair of socks that were a result of a kid’s failed art project for $1.99. They were painted with real, hardening paint. Which means they were crunchy, unusable trash. The cost of the socks new at Walmart (same brand)? $1.00. A twin sized comforter was being sold for $17.99 and it was stained yellow with cigarette burns throughout. The men’s section also had stained shirts upwards of $15.00 and heavily used shoes for over $20.00.I personally wouldn’t label this as a “thrift store”. I’d say it’s more like a used Walmart. As far as employees, I haven’t met anyone yet who wasn’t friendly. I’d only come back here on the 50% off everything days, but I have no doubt they up the prices on everything before they open. It’s definitely noticeable that they pull all the colored tags of the day off the shelves beforehand anyway.Update with more pictures: They don’t even care anymore. They don’t bother ripping off the original item’s tag that is LESS THAN what Texas Thrift is selling it for. Also, the same product with a $2 difference? Are y’all even paying attention? What a joke…

I have been a loyal TF shopper since they first opened. I recently visited for a few new closet staples only to find that the prices have insanely increased. Many items are cheaper in stores new than at the thrift. I love the excitement of thrifting, but this place has gotten to be kind of price crazy. I'd recommend going elsewhere now.

The prices in this store are way to high for a thrift store where everything is donated. It claims to help Arms of Hope Charity yet we don't even have one in our town. Their moto is " Never buy New again" but yet some of their prices are higher than the NEW PRICE that was left on the item. They closed the dressing rooms and then took them out. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND BROUGHT TO LIGHT.

AWESOME STORE:ONLY THING I HATE WHICH I THINK IS FALSE ADVERTISING. SENIOR TUES AND MILITARY DISCOUNT WED 30% OFF IS NOT ADDITIONAL TO WHATEVER THEY SALE.

GOOFY @$$ prices. It's not even saving money to thrift here, it's basically just shopping for unique used goods for the price of brand new? a good example: walmart has pj pants for 9.98 and here at Texas Theif is 9.99.

I visited the store today for their sale. I was amazed at how quick the checkout line was moving with the amount people in there. I had a great time thrifting today!

Nice place, lots of stuff however there is no place to try on cloths and you cannot exchange anything if you lose your receipt. So I waisted $10 to drive over there from Temple and $20 on 3 items of clothing that I can't wear. Great experience

This use to be thee spot for thrifting unitl they started charging an Insane amount for just junk beat up shoes with stains, rips and no soles, $10-$13 bucks,$40 for bland old used nike hoodies. Whoever started making these prices needs to be fired and replace with someone who actually knows the value of the items they're pricing not to mention the shoes in their case are priced more than what you can get them brand new?

This place is way cheaper than any goodwill. The prices on some things are amazing. Some of the items I don't care for nor the condition of the items. I am always able to find the things I need at a good price deal.

I have shopped at Texas Thrift regularly since they opened and it was hands down my favorite thrift store in the area for a long time. I slowly noticed their prices going up but with the price of literally everything going up, it didn't bother me too bad. I would rely on picking items that were the color of the week for 50% off in order to get a good deal. It became almost impossible to find items that were the selected color for a discount. I'm not sure if those color items were pulled but there definitely weren't a lot to choose from. I then started frequenting Goodwill more often and was able to find plenty of items that were the color of the week. I took a break from Texas Thrift for a few months and so today I decided to go see what I could find. When I tell you I was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED at the hike in prices, I am not kidding. Almost every item of clothing I looked at was over $5 and the majority were between $10 and $20. $8 for kids shirts and $10 for kids pants. $16 - $20 for women's jeans. I can't be the only one thinking THESE ITEMS WERE DONATED!!!!!! There was nothing even remotely "thrift" about the prices I seen today. Sadly, I'll be giving up on Texas Thrift. I used to come to every half price off the entire store sales, but they are so jammed packed, it makes it impossible to enjoy the experience. Do better Texas Thrift! Remember the people shopping at your store are there for a reason.

Jess the supervisor was extremely disrespectful when I confronted her about it she proceeded to cut me off and over talk me. Plus NONE of the other employees spoke or greeted me while I was in the store and I was NOT given my receipt nor offer. Extremely disgusted by the lack of service.

They literally wheel out every single 50% off color tags of the week every day. Scammers.

More like Texas Ripoff! The prices are insanely high for a donation dependent thrift! Even if you shop on a tag day! I can buy NEW for the prices they have. Extremely disappointing!
