Will not be returning, waited for almost 2 hours just to be told we had to pay over 100 dollars for an synthetic oil change with out being offered economy knowing our car was more than able to qualify for it. service was slow and the lack of cost communication was very frustrating and sketchy. they kept trying to up-sale instead of communicating pricing first. definitely lied / scammed us.

The two guys working were friendly and attentive, there was a lot of business and they were trying their hardest to maintain. As I pulled out of the bay, my tires didn’t sound right, I called the guy over and we found a screw with a washer attached, in my tire. You could clearly hear the screw and washer clacking as my tire turned so I know forSure it wasn’t there prior toMy trip. I asked the guy if there was something they could do, he went to get the manager who then said they would have to call the district manager, meanwhile I had a football tournament to be to and was supposed to be headed on the road. They simply acted as if it wasn’t there fault, didn’t offer a refund for services or anything. I had just spent $100 for a full synthetic high mileage oil change and had to turn around and go pay for a new tire. I told them to at least clean their bays so it doesn’t happen to the next person. It took much longer than 5 minutes.. I was pretty upset.

I recently got my first oil change in my vehicle last night & as always, the service was top tier. Lapharoah was super helpful the whole time and patient. He was thorough and even got me new wiper blades which was appreciated. I also like the teamwork showed, the men helped each other the whole night & had great energy. Will definitely be back for my next oil change.

I took my GT to this place as my car was in need of an oil change I was told to take my car here. I usually take it to where I bought it always but due to the fact that I was out of town my service light came on stating I was due for a oil change I went on and took it to take 5 oil change oh what a big mistake that was my car will never go back there again! A week later my light came on again I said what the heck is going on here I was right there where I usually take my car I pulled in asked them could they please take a look at my car so they put it on the stands he calls us over and said you have issues look there was soooo much oil from the front of the car all the way to the back of the car so we had to have have another oil change which cost us again our daughter took her car there after us she didn't know we had issues they forgot to put her oil plug back on she ended up blowing up her engine her car is in the shop right now so the both of us got messed over so please don't take your to them I don't recommend this place at all !!!!!!

Great service!! The technician showed each job that was performed and what items was used to complete the job. Topped off all my fluids. The manager was out helping each technician and checked all customers if they were comfortable and needed any water while they were waiting. Great first time experience. Keep up the great work guys!

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of getting my oil change done. Let me tell you, LJ and the rest of the employees at take 5 were absolutely amazing when it came to customer service and attention to detail. Their efficiency and skill were truly commendable. Not only did they complete the job quickly, but they also did an excellent job. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I received.

I always go to Take 5 to get my oil changed. When I bought my 2022 Chevy Colorado no one else has touched my truck since then. They are the best and most professional team. They get you in and get you out fast. Thank you for being so fast and efficient with the job you do.Service: Oil change

Had I not gotten an email to ask me to review or rate this business I wouldn’t be doing this. But, here I am considering the poor poor poor customer service I received.These people try to push things and say you need something other than what you need. As a customer, I know what my vehicle needs and doesn’t need. When I tell you which one I want, you shouldn’t tell me that I am wrong. When I asked for the guys boss, he stated he was the manager and he wouldn’t provide me his superiors contact information and referred me to call HR. Secondly, you started the oil change. And then you didn’t want to fill it back up after you emptied it. So, your company owes me money, because my car is messed up! I requested corporate contact me and they have failed to contact me.Service: Oil change

This is Alezandra N . I'm using my husbands account for the review. I just visited yesterday 9/13 to get our Chevy captiva service oil change and the manager on duty did an amazing job. Work flow was great . The crew was steady and they were all positive : wonderful customer service. I'll be coming back this Take 5 is my go-to because of their attention to detail and customer service is top notch. Wanted to honk but my honk is broken on my car. Thank you!!

LJ is an asset to this business. He answered multiple questions I posed due to another oil change business giving me half-truths (lies). He was able to express the process being performed and assuring me that he knew his equipment and it’s tailoring to my needs. He was also available for other employees to ask questions as he completed the work with my vehicle. If you lose him, another company is gonna gain a jewel of an employee. We came in for an oil change at 7am as soon as they opened. We got 1.5 miles away and got a Low Oil alert. We stopped to check it out and all our oil was leaking out from the filter and our engine was smoking. WTHeck!!! It's a good thing our car has an alert system. Poor workmanship!!

The employees are very nice and friendly and even offered water during the wait. In my time, I got to speak with the crew to find out they literally have to work all day in such harsh conditions for minimum wage. Please consider giving your hard working team a increase of pay. No one should have to work open to close just to afford gas. It breaks my heart.Service: Oil change

Pull in to pull out was about 10 minutes which is excellent. Offered me a cool bottled water and my grandson a Capri-sun, for free. I thought that was a great idea! Also showed me how to reset the service interval counter on my car. This is the FIRST time I've had this reset for me, and the FIRST time someone took the time to show me how to do it in the future.They asked if I was a Veteran. I don't typically ask if a place has a Veteran's discount, so this was a nice touch.Additionally, the dudes that were working on my car and the others in the shop obviously enjoy their jobs because they were bantering back and forth between each other and giving the new guy a hard time. It was good to see that at least one workplace hasn't gone woke and aren't afraid to have a good time while working. I will most assuredly go back to this place to get my oil changed and will recommend it to others.Service: Oil change

Let's be honest, the best thing about Take 5 is that you don't have to get out of your car. Especially having a little one, it's nice that we can just chill in the car while they change my oil. I appreciate that they have military discount and they will email me extra discounts via email, which I will use if my husband is not in town. They also do car inspections while you stay in the car which is super nice. The people there have been super friendly and pleasant. Totally recommend.Service: Oil change
