Not happy with the service. 1)he would not do any business with me without my husband - I told him I was looking to upgrade to iPhone 15 - I go all the way back home get my husband showed him his ID ( he acted like we were bothering him, he could not even smile. 25 mins later going back and forth about the phone what kind is best. He give us very low trade in lower then Apple. THEN he tell us he’s all out of iPhone 15 pro. For us to try some place else to see if they had one or wait 4-5 days. I walked out. So rude

This is strictly for the store T-mobile not by any means the service I have had over the past 13 years which has been top notch through customer support. The issue I have is with the sales associates in the stores. They will say anything for a sale! :( So just please beware. I just wanted to upgrade a phone but the rep stated if you add a line we will give you a apple watch "on us". She promised that in 2-3 billing cycles I would be credited for anything I was charged. I have called T-Mobile every month for the last 4 months for this issue. Only for them to say that unfortunately the watch is not free and I will need to pay for it. So another words the sales associates in the stores will say ANYTHING for the sale. It is commission based after all? I have had T-Mobile for several years and never had issues. I still love them but by far this most recent experience with the apple watch, I did not need... but am now paying for has been the absolute worse. Again T-Mobile is great our price for service is unbeatable. Just be cautious when making purchases from sales people in the store. On a side note I bought the same Iphone from Amazon for 1/4 of the price. It is "repurposed" but works amazing just like the one bought from the store without the hassle of the sales representatives.

I enjoyed the staff so much at this location. They all were very welcoming and knowledgeable. We even cracked a few jokes to pass time. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who is interested in switching to TMobile.

I left AT&T recently after being with them for 15 years because they kept going up on my bill for the last 3 months. I went to T-Mobile to transfer my service to them and was assisted by Lilliana. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, well-informed and courteous sales rep. She made the experience painless. If your looking for a change in cell phone service, I highly recommend them.

Been to this very store on 2 different Occasions . The first time they told me my phone had water damage which l found very hard to believe because l never have my phone next to the water . Went to Apple Store in Austin they said there was no water damage . Sunday they told me that my phone had a bug because of the new update and that I should just wait until apple fixes the problem. Went to apple again and that was not the case. Be careful going here they just lie so they can get you out of their store .
