I stopped by 20 minutes before closing and as I parked someone exited the front door, locked it and yelled, "can't help you." I can understand needing to leave early but there are professional ways to handle that situation and that was not it. Sometimes you don't get a second chance to make a first impression for business. Sorry.

Chad is so knowledgeable about the bikes and even though they didn't have the type of ebike I wanted, he showed and talked me through as how to order one that would be best for me. He was very patient and kind!

The owner happened to be up at the shop when they were closed, but answered the phone anyways and offered for me to come in and have some repairs done. Super nice guy and great service.

My wife and I have taken a few of our bikes to Sun Country's Temple location and have always receivef good, polite service. Even in a situation where they did not service the type of bike (a custom-built electric dirt bike/bicycle hybrid) they took a look and advised me on what I could do to resolve my bike's issues. I would definitely recommend Sun Country Cycling to anyone interested in purchasing a bike or having one serviced.

I have purchased both my road and MTB from this store, purchased a few tune ups, they have fixed my bike after wrecking several times, and have most recently help prepare me for clipping into my road bike. Owners and their employees are very knowledgeable and professional. They provide classes, rides, and additional knowledge needed for you to be a better rider. I am grateful to the services they provide. Thanks to all of you for helping me every time I come in the store with more questions and determining what I should buy for my riding endeavors.

Found the service I needed for my bike at a reasonable price. Staff accommodated my schedule and the quality of the work met my expectations. Bought some cycling gear and tubes at competitive prices. I recommend it.

Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about the team. I called them on a Saturday to have a pedal rethread done. I was told they could possibly get it done by the end of the day. I took the chance and had my son review some bikes at local pawn shops, he was not happy with the selection. We arrived at Sun Country Cycling with the bike and the gentle with enthusiasm said that we arrived as they had completed other work ahead of schedule. We discussed what was wrong with the bike and he informed me that he would every attempt to fix the threads, but there was a chance it couldn't be done. I love when people are upfront and honest. My son and I waited and browsed the shop for about 25 minutes. The person who helped us informed me that the bike would need new peddles and gave me different options at different price points to choose from. Once the work was complete my son was extremely happy that dad was able to get his bike fixed. I was extremely happy with the honesty and professionalism of the shop. I would highly recommend going by their shop for maintenance or if you are looking for a new bike.

I brought my bike here to have a broken derailleur replaced. They replaced it, adjusted the gear cables, and I bought a bottle of chain lube all for under $50. Very friendly staff and they didn’t even make fun of my cheap bike. It was ready for me to pick up the next day. When I took the bike out after the repairs, it rides like a brand new bike and shifts smoother than ever. If you bought a bike from a big-box store, I highly recommend bringing it here for a good once-over. They will treat you right.

These guys are awesome! My daughter had ankle surgery, someone let me borrow their knee scooter and it appeared as it needed new innertube, I dropped it off with them to fix it, turned out that the tire just needed to be reseated. They did not even charge me to fix it. These guys are outstanding Americans and professional!

Per your previous comments…The reason for the one star review is due to the lack of respect your employe had to me; a customer. The first time I came into your store, my intent was to get my bicycle repaired; what resulted was (from my perspective) condescending treatment from your employee to me based on my lack of cycling knowledge, which resulted in a joke that was said (by the employee)at my expense (in front of other laughing customers) since I mentioned the cyclists Lance Armstrong. My apologies if I’m not the worlds foremost authority in cycling, but whatever happened to treating customers with any remote form of respect? I did not catch the employees name, but he was a short, balding, Caucasian male.I paraphrase, but You stated that my (prior) 1 star review (which did not provide any information at the time it was posted) was not sufficient to provide an review of my experience in your store to the point that you could’ve fixed the issue.
