There’s no reason to be so rude. Just asking for them to continue making a sandwich after being told my coupon can’t be used with it. And I’m willing to just pay for it. And the lady decided to have an attitude the entire way through. Say that I had an attitude and be insulting the entire time. Worst service I’ve ever had from subway. Don’t go here if you want to be treated as a person

Very unprofessional... I forgot to ask to toast my sandwich. The lady was looking like I was asking the impossible. She started talking Spanish to the lady next to her. I know how to speak Spanish, and it was very unpleasant and impolite. Happen on 22 Jan 2024 1210pm.

It was okay the only thing I would have to say isn’t okay is when I order they didn’t pay attention to how I said double the meat and cheese and only did it like a normal meal.

The worst subway in killeen I do not recommend, it was dirty/messy, the employees that I was talking to got an attitude for some reason. I ask for 2 item on the menu and they said they were out. It felt like they were lazy to make it. So I ended up with 12 inch sandwich called the BOSS even though the bread was like cardboard box it was bad the worst sandwich that I ever bought, don’t get me wrong I’ve got the boss before and it was delicious. I also got a medium drink sprite and that was also bad no flavor it was just fizz and water. No pride in there sandwiches they don’t check there fountain drinks. Probably need new management.

I had an online order. Said it would be ready at 7:05pm. I was there at 7:05pm and my order wasn't even made. I had to ask them to make it. And once it was done the guy put out on a shelf and told me i have a drink as well and have a good evening. He didn't bother giving me a cup to get the drink. This is the second time at this subway. I will not be coming to this one again. The whole point of an online order is to have it made when you get to the store not to have to ask to have it made. I would give them 0 stars if allowed

Bread was hard, vegetables was not fresh, lady argued that they were, lettuce was brown, tomatoes was to ripe and nasty, onion was dry, cucumbers were dried as well guacamole was brown ughhh and the lady was so rude no customer service at all. Will never go to this subway again. Very

Opens at 7 but when you walk in at 7, gotta wait for chairs to be taken down, the register is not ready for sales. All this should be done by 6:45 ?

Restaurant was clean. Food adequate. Staff was RUDE. Wouldn't talk to me, mumbled. When I asked about bread choices, she glared at me and just pointed to the sign. Will not be going back.
