Horrible service at Laredo Taco, waited 15 min for 4 tacos, dude was going as slow as he possibly could, then spent 5 min in the middle of the last taco to talk to his coworker, it a gas station taco supposed to be quick and easy

Nastiest and rudest cashier in existence works here.
Overpriced products and fuel.
Filthy restrooms smell like a sewer, and don't dare touch the doors without gloves.
The soda machines are ? gross.
Will never be back.

On 4-27-23 @ 2:13pm I stopped in to get gas & some fountain Dr Pepper's. The Dr Pepper went out as I was getting it. I said something out loud(not rudely) & 1 of the employees was walking by & she said "which one is it" & we both laughed. I told her Dr Pepper & she said ok let me go change it. I waited a few minutes & then got my drinks. The older gentleman(didn't catch his name) ringing me up also gave me a gd laugh & made sure I didn't forget to get my rewards points. During that time Dominique ( I hope I spelled it right,my apologies if I didn't)walked up & asked if the soda was gd. I was like yes ma'am & thank you for changing it! But anyways I just wanted to give these 2 credit for having gd customer service! Sometimes we get so wrapped up in life that we forget about those little small things. It's always nice to see smiling friendly faces when you're making a quick stop on your daily outing. If you're ever on that side of town & need to stop definitely make this one.

This is now a 7/11... the other around the corner on Trimmier is now a 7/11. None of the freakin drink machines work at any given random time! WHY?!?!Ghetto managers who are loud and obnoxious. No greeting when you enter the store. The dang latte and automated hot drink never work or it doesn't have mix. WHY?!?How do you change from one store to another and do not offer what a original 7/11 offers. No cheesecake bread, no tacos(loredo taco sucks), no wings, or pizza. These stores are NOT legit 7/11 stores. They are o longer welcomed. This is sickening! Bootleg 7/11s are not wanted.

Afternoon staff for laredo taco company never pay attention to the customers , it's a african american person working and you can be sitting there for a couple minutes before he asks you if you need anything , has done it to me a couple times , seems like he's always too busy to take a customer's order until he's finished doing eahts he's doing and nobody else is around. Need to pay more attention to the customers , left many times without food because never got offered to take my order

Stripes shows 711 signs but doesn't honor 711 sign in rewards at checkout. Management needs to get this fixed ASAP. Relatively clean establishment but employees cant ever seem to assist me when I need to find something. Took 4 employees to EVENTUALLY tell me that they didn't have what I needed for my order.

The staff is very fickle. One day they are nice and the next they have an attitude. The taco Laredo company is nasty. They often have dried food particles and to make the beans "suitable" the staff of the taco Laredo company adds water to the refried beans to make them look fresh. I am sure most places to it but we the consumer don't see something like that all the time.

This is my go to Mexican spot! The tacos are legit! Real homemade tortillas are hand rolled in front of you. Food is fresh and delicious.
The entire staff at Stripes are friendly and make an effort to know the customer. I love going there!

Paid a rude clerk 90 cents for a cup of water no ice. Truthfully did not notice a selection for water on the fountain area or a faucet. Was in a bit of a hurry but my dogs needed some water. So I grabbed a cup and filled it in the bathroom. Clerk gives me this I'm better than you attitude, and ask me why. I said it's hot outside and I have dogs in my car, I plan on paying for it I said.Theres water over there... I didn't see it. How about pointing it out so next time I'll know. Then he rudely ask if I had a face mask. I said yes and he stop ringing me up until I fully put it on. I was going to get me something to drink but I said you can put that back. Went to the other stripes down on trimmer. Way better customer service.

I love this store, their food section is always replenished and the customer service that I have gotten here is great.
