While the service itself is ok the return equipment needs a different process. I should not have to wait on a long waitlist just to drop off equipment. Perhaps having someone dedicated to just that service would help.

Literaly joke of a customer service rep. Hung up on me. Beware of scammers to bombard your address and phone number. Beware of fraud and cyber attacks. You all have been warned. Stay away from this provider if you can. They probably sell your info to scammers.

I have decided to stop my spectrum TV, and just go with basic service. It took me 30 minutes to get someone to help me. The call dropped, when I called back I was on hold for 46 minutes before I gave up. I wonder if they will let me be that slow in paying?

My family( age 87 and 78 ) has been with this scumbag company for a long time. I found out today they have been paying almost $300 for TV and Data service. They set them up with 3 DVR's ( which they've never used ) bogus movis packages and data ( 300/300 advertised but they are receiving 50/10. Charter didn't even care about giving them a discount or canceling.

You walk in and there's 2 employees and lines of people on every wall sitting on the floor since the whole stores full. I thought these reviews were exaggerating,I'm not spending my day off here
