While the service itself is ok the return equipment needs a different process. I should not have to wait on a long waitlist just to drop off equipment. Perhaps having someone dedicated to just that service would help.

I have decided to stop my spectrum TV, and just go with basic service. It took me 30 minutes to get someone to help me. The call dropped, when I called back I was on hold for 46 minutes before I gave up. I wonder if they will let me be that slow in paying?
