I am the person who coordinated the order for Jose to take care of. The owner fails to take any accountability for his unprofessionalism, but puts blame on every customer that has had a bad experience at his shop. Just read through the negative reviews and you will understand what I’m talking about. Nothing is his fault, it’s always the customer that’s in the wrong. DO NOT go into this place with a clear, concise, specific plan because he’ll tell you that you’re focusing on something that doesn’t matter when he can’t accommodate, even after telling you he can.
Never offer a service you KNOW you cannot provide. That’s just basic common sense.
The owner failed to provide what was agreed upon, then threatened to cancel the order when questioned about it. His reviews make him sound like the school yard bully who never grew up. I want to live in this owners world where nothing I do wrong is ever my fault. Apologies, not gaslighting, go a long way. Do better, be better.

This is my experience at the T-Shirt Shop on Trimmier in Killeen, TX.
On 04/25 I visited the store to get a quote on a 50+ shirt order. I told the lady at the front that I’ve had bad experiences with other shops (which was satire since I’ve NEVER ordered t-shirts before ?, but was an attempt to influence more attention to detail) that all I wanted was a shirt with the hospital’s logo on the “left side pocket” area with a custom name underneath along with a US Flag on the left shirt sleeve. My specific section decided on a font “Hiragino Sans W7” to be the custom text font. The lady showed me her computer screen displaying that EXACT font I requested and it seemed like everything was good to go.
I sent an email and also dropped off a hard copy at the store of the exact font we wanted since “Hiragino Sans W7” is variant of the font Hiragino Sans. DIFFERENT variant also means it’s a DIFFERENT font.
I received an email from Julieta on 05/09 of the renders of the logo and text and this is what I received (store’s render on the left).I knew it wasn’t the correct font so I emailed them back with a render with the correct font.
Then I received an email from Mike. I highlighted some of the interesting things he said on a screenshot of his email. (See attached pictures)
Mike, I understand you feel like it’s “according to my tastes” but all I asked for was the correct font. I came in with a clear and concise order with the font requested (once again a hard copy and emails were sent of the correct font), quantity, colors, shirt type/size all printed on a word document. I’m sorry I came into your shop with a detailed, CLEAR, and specific order. Like you stated “Most clients just tell us they want thicker or thinner” so I’m sorry I didn’t come in confused or unclear of what I wanted so you could just use whatever generic font and outdated clipart you “design”.
I came in with a simple detailed order, that was verbally communicated to me would be no problem in-person, with the font I requested shown on THEIR computer.
Mike, it could’ve been as simple as telling me you don’t have the font, professionally and respectfully. Instead, you’re upset, condescending & threatening because you’re not able to deliver on the original request.
Also, I’m so happy to hear you have over 35,000 fonts! I came in with ONE font that was verified and shown to me on YOUR computer.
So no, it’s not that “I couldn’t find the font that I wanted”, you’re just choosing to not hold yourself accountable for poor communication.
From the looks of your several negative reviews, it seems like the “Owner” is as good of a GASLIGHTER as he claims to be a shirt-maker! Also, before you check my reviews (since you love to check peoples’ past reviews) this is my first ever negative review!
So you can save your rant about the “99.9/100% of my customers are satisfied” (because you already said that to another customer that you failed).
So be prepared for a lengthy response below denying any possibility of fault that ISN’T the customers!
As far as the shirts, besides the sloppy inconsistent centering, they’re passable to the average person. But that was expected after receiving that condescending email from upset Mike!
Interesting you say “look inward and accept responsibility” Mike! Maybe try that yourself next time! You’re really convincing at lying!
But based on your previous responses to other customers, it’s very predictable!
Maybe if you told me the font was unavailable PRIOR to me paying, it would be different!
Telling me a FEW DAYS before printing is definitely your responsibility. But then again, that word is foreign to you.

From personal experience, I have found that this shop to lack true professionalism as an entirety & refuses to take full accountability for their wrongdoing. As a customer from a large order that was purchased, the owner wasn’t friendly or understanding when they couldn’t accommodate what we had all agreed on in our design. Whether you feel that the emphasis on the font was important to you or not, people do have their preferences. When it was time to proofread the shirts, the font that had been chosen was incorrect.
Point. Blank. Period.
It ultimately came down to the fact that we had to settle with what was offered after being mislead that the font we had been shown, in store, was good for printing. When in fact it wasn’t. Where is the customer wrong in this instance? I feel that this owner will never learn from his mistakes when it comes to being wrong in a matter as such. The fact that each poor review given at this shop, the owner felt the need to find some way that the customer was wrong for such & such, when in reality he is the true problem that lies within this business and can’t seem to take accountability for being unreliable. It’s truly sad. We would appreciate your work more if you didn’t try to get pity when you’re clearly at fault. & throwing the “you can kindly have a refund of ‘said amount’ “ is quite low & completely unprofessional to say the least. It is uncalled for to be going back & forth with a customer you simply couldn’t meet their needs or didn’t try to find something that would, in a professional manner. Why you want to point fingers & say one needs to look inward, perhaps you should take that advice & look in the mirror.

I just LOVE this place. I've been going here for my shirts for a couple years now and they never disappoint. They are super friendly and the service is like turnaround. When I place an order I let them know "no rush" because I am only in the moment being creative. I always get the shirt within 4 business days. There was a time I placed an order and made changes to that order like 3 times. She remained patient with my family and I and in the same breath had our shirts completed before the projected completion date. I will continue to do business with them for as long as I am in this city. When I am away i will still send for them! Amazing customer service will NEVER go unnoticed! I called on Thursday letting them know I needed 5 shirts for Saturday. Not only was I was able to pick them up Friday but they did an awesome job on the shirts. We received soooo many compliments. I will forever use them for any other shirts that I would like to have done in the future. Thank yall so much ?
