It was horrible! We came to visit family so we stayed at this hotel. First of all, we had no towels. When we went to the front desk she said we’re taking their last towels. So basically, if you have no towels and they’re out, you’re screwed. The worse part was someone came knocking on everyone’s door at 5 am for no reason. We didn’t wanna check the door as we were a room full of females. But that was scary. Tried to call the front desk afterwards, and no answer. It’s rundown and horrible. Avoid if possible.

I went to visit with friends and was impressed with the combination weight room/gym- hot tub/ indoor swimming pool, and it's accessibility to guests and guests of the hotels guests.

Go somewhere else. This is becoming a slowly rundown hotel. 2 of 4 ice Machines do not work, 1 of 2 elevators do not work, pool has been closed under "emergency cleaning" for my whole visit. Staff is nice, but Overwhelmed.

The people who run the place are wonderful and professional. My stay was during a slam of fema, guests from a tornado that hit belton. Everything ran short. Towels washing supplies. There were dogs barking and trash bins filling up but they kept their cool. Even though I was just a regular guest ... everything went well. They went put of their way to make me and my guest feel welcome

Ate at the restaurant and the food and service were very good.

What a dump the staff are more worried about the personal lives of the guest than worried about non-registered guests given master key that opens every door or fixing elevator or fixing laundry facilities or working vending machines

Stayed here more than once but the more I stay here, the more disappointing it is. First time, was one thing didn't work, now the gym doesn't work, not the pool, and even worse the elevator doesn't work. Everytime I come, I feel I spend more money but the worse this hotel gets. I come to enjoy myself and get what I need done but each time the less each staff member cares and the less the hotel works to make itself better. This place is a mess.

My wife and I checkes in today. We were told the front desk would have to check if rooms were available and that there was a room with a kitchen that was ready, which we didnt need. We were informed the room was actually marked "dirty", in the system. Apparently we found out it was clean after waiting for them to sort it out for 15 minutes. More affordable rooms were available that were suggested to us only due to the room being "dirty".
Rooms: The tv looks like its from 1997. AC unit is dirty and doesnt have knobs on it to adjust settings. Other than that the room looks clean and is comfortable.
Noteworthy details: The elevators were out of service, and so was rhe sauna. The pool and the hot tub were open, but there was so much chlorine in them, that it was uncomfortable to enjoy. There was also plenty of dead flies were in the hot tub.

I booked a room with two queen beds. I received a room with one queen bed and a fold out couch. I walked down to the front desk to ask for linens for the full couch since there were none in the room. She said someone would bring them up. They never brought them up. There was no hot water in the shower. The hallways were not air-conditioned and they smelled like body odor, weed, and Fabuloso there seem to be several very unsavory characters in the parking lot at any given time. One of them actually came up and smelled me as I left the restaurant because he liked my perfume. The restaurant was hot and sweaty. The service was terrible. It took at least 15-20 minutes for us to get our drinks and we had to ask several times for the waters that we asked for. The nachos were soggy and the beer was slightly cooler than lukewarm. Several of the electric outlets did not work. The carpet in the hallways was so loose and had so many BIG wrinkles it is definitely a tripping hazard for an elderly or handicap person. This used to be our host hotel for conventions since it’s the closest hotel to the convention center. I’m glad my association is not having our conventions in Killeen anymore. The convention center is great, but this hotel ruins it. I still don’t know why I paid for two queen beds and received a queen bed and a fold out couch. Everybody knows full out couches are the worst.

I visit Killeen once or twice a year and always stay at the Shiloh for the amenties such as having a full kitchen to cook and the indoor pool but after this stay I will not stay at the shiloh. Internet not working, Pool area disgusting, sauna rooms out of order, no towels, outside hot tub green and out of order. My room that was suppose to have a fully equipped kitchen no pots or pans had to go out and by own. Every laundry room for guest to use dryers broke except one on the 1st floor. You give housekeeping your dirty towels no one brings you fresh ones like promised. Ask front desk for toilet paper they have nothing or no access to get you any. Had to go out and buy toilet paper. TV is the ancient old box tv. Carpet in hallways serious trip hazards. Out of date furnishings. Really disappointed how this hotel has went down. Even after all my complaints nothing was done. I never asked for any thing that was not suppose to be provided and waited patiently for them to just realize I had to go out and purchase the things myself.

I used to stay at Shiloh Inn all the time when I lived in Killeen because it was such a nice clean hotel. We have since moved but we drove through Killeen in July 2023 and of course decided to stay here for the night. The best metaphor I can give is that it used to feel like a Hilton and now it feels like a Knight's Inn. The room was dirty, the restaurant was closed, the front desk area was blocked off, they no longer serve breakfast, and the TV in the room was an old box TV. I would definitely choose another hotel next time I drive through Killeen. I'm not sure why this hotel went downhill. But it's sad because it used to be my favorite hotel in Killeen.

Company has really made keeping up anything in the building almost impossible for any of the remaining (good) staff...while some great employees are holding in there, it seems to be a sinking ship, that really bothers me... needs a renovation and it will get back on track... big if.
