“This was the 1st time I ever rented a storage unit.When I 1st called, the woman that I talked to completed everything over the phone in about 10 minutes. She was very patient and kind. Mrs. Linda is also very kind and she made the process very easy. They even have different size storage units, depending on what you need. “My experience with AJ's Moving Company was extremely positive from start to finish. I initially contacted them for a quote and the representative I spoke with was very friendly and helpful in providing an accurate estimate based on my needs. The movers arrived on time on moving day and introduced themselves in a polite and professional manner. They worked quickly and efficiently while also being careful with all of my belongings. The movers took great care in wrapping and securing my furniture items and boxes as they loaded up the truck. Throughout the day, they communicated clearly about the timeline and let me know what to expect. I felt at ease seeing how diligent they were about safeguarding my possessions as they transported them. Once my belongings arrived at my new home, the movers were equally meticulous about carrying each item inside and unwrapping everything. They reassembled the furniture and made sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it. At the end of the long day, nothing was damaged or missing. The movers were friendly, hardworking, and detail-oriented from start to finish. I was thrilled by the stress-free experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone for their professionalism and quality service.”

“I think this place is haunted. First time going in at dark. My unit is inside, the door isn't visible. It clearly sounded as if the door slammed shut which I was not bothered by, it's only held open by a rock. It wasn't until I walked to the door and noticed it was opened still. There was no other vehicles and then I started hearing other stuff moving around. Made me very uneasy. I recommend having those security mirrors in the corners so the door and other hallways are visible throughout. So single females like myself don't feel like there is someone lurking around.”

They handled my things with care as if it were their own, and were kind! They also assembled anything that had been disassembled. They were awesome! Thanks guys! Edit: Paula and Amanda came and did my box removal and were awesome! I was running a little late because I had forgotten I set the time up and they were very accommodating and understanding. Nothing but good things to say about this company”

Needed a storage unit for an apartment rehab. I was able to have Lowe’s deliver with their 18 wheeler to bring supplies to the storage unit & my contractors could pull materials for the day as well. Worked out great!

The staff is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable of the facility and all its products. I gave the rating of four Stars because the hours of operation or being able to get to my unit it's not conducive with my work hours so I can only get to my unit on the one day off I have. But overall I am very satisfied the company”

“Moved from Alaska to Texas and was thankful for the help Bobbie was able to provide. I attempted to do an early drop off at another location, which happened to be closed for 3 days, and she assisted me in calling Uhaul dispatch, who also wasn't tracking me turning in my equipment. After all the mess, Bobbie handled it very professionally, and I was able to do a successful turn in of my equipment.”
“Never rented storage from this location.
They do however provide U-Haul rentals.
The rental process was straight forward. However, either U-Haul or the storage facility do not seem to service the U-Haul equipment that is located here.”
“I was a customer here back over 20 years ago when we moved back to Killeen when my hubs got out of the Air Force - they had a diff name then but so far so good. Friendly guy, decent units, fair pricing”
“I was welcomed by an employee Aaron and he was so delightful. I was having a real bad day so I know my energy had to have been off plus Texas heat doesn't help and by the time we got done I was smiling. He was professional and very understanding to my situation and helped me pick my unit which I am more then happy with. I usually don't bother with a review but he was a very outstanding young man and love seeing him and his pleasant attitude I'll never go to another storage unit. Prices are great employee fantastic all around a 5 star in my eyes”
