I would give the service technician five stars. David B was polite and efficient. Trying to get a hold of a person was basically impossible. You first have to call them and listen to the robot then you actually have to talk to the bot then you have to wait and see if someone is actually there. As a single, disabled woman, living alone, I have other questions besides when will the technician arrive.

I would give them a negative 100 if I could. I was given estimate of $385.00cost for a lennex blower relay installation on an air handler. The estimated labor was $335.56 to install something that takes 5 mins to do. The estimated cost of the blower relay was $50 for an item that you can get off the internet for $20 brand new.
And on the ad it said the 69 dollar fee charge for the tech to come out would be included in the cost if I choose to use them and it was not.

Purchased Kenmore washer and dryer machines February 2017. Washer machine had problems from Day 1. The transmission has been rebuilt two times. All belts have been replaced at least two times. Now, the motor needs to be replaced. Case was opened to replace when technician determined it could not be repaired. Sears replacement Specialist Debbie left me a message today (4/27/18) basically saying kiss her as$. This company needs to really go bankrupt and out of business. 🖕SEARS!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Rude Associates work here. They are unfriendly and unhelpful. And they are always forgetting to remove anti-theft devices from merchandise. And when you call to make management aware of the situation, they don't seem to care much either

My husband ordered a tool set after he got home from picking it up he realized they gave him the wrong one he called and they told him they don't sell that tool set anymore. He order it weeks ago and he didn't receive an email saying the product wasn't being sold anymore or seeing if he wanted his money back they sent him a set $50 less hoping he wouldn't notice. This is the second time we've had trouble ordering from here. Never again!!!!!!

By far the worst store to shop at in Killeen. I ordered an item on 11-1 and was told it would be in on 11-15. No word and then I was told it would be in 11-29. I was sent an email and a phone call telling me my item was ready for pickup and when I arrived, they told me it was not on the truck and it would be another week. It was a birthday gift that the person will now not get. They also did the same thing with a mattress I purchased by telling me it was ready for delivery the day before scheduled delivery and then calling me an hour before to say they never had it in the warehouse. Avoid sears at all costs.

Pretty good store. It's a Sears and unlike the horror stories of Sears online this one is neat orderly and has a decent selection. Not sure what zombieland/dystopian Sears they show online but most Sears in Texas are like this one. Most of the staff are very polite. Every now and then a not so pleasant person.
