I have been using this storage since the end of 2022. Although, the office staff are kind and the grounds remain clean, my lease rates have increased to $120 monthly for a 5×10 indoor unit.
The lighting is very poor for an indoor unit. The only lighting is from the hallway lights. My items are covered from the ceiling's insulation.

Moved into this facility due to rate hikes elsewhere. Off that bat, wasn’t very comfortable leaving our things there. Minimal security and strange activity in the parking lot. To top it off, we returned only 4 months later to find there was clearly a rodent problem - droppings everywhere and the smell was terrible. Because our belongings were professionally packed and moved (meaning no way was there even a crumb), means the rodents are clearly moving across units. Staff didn’t show much concern when we told them. Definitely can’t recommend this facility.

My first impression was not very good...no one at the office and when called, no one picked up nor was there a vm option to leave a message. No one to direct you or show you where the unit is or questions to answer. Just very negligent from my experience. Finally, not sure where they got such a high rating. Everytime I show up to the location, there's never any attendants there in the office. I'm just puzzled!
