The parts prices were extremely overpriced older gentleman sales clerk (owner?)was rude. I won't go back.

He has fixed both of our vacuums with no problems, he orders most of his parts so there’s a time factor of 10 days or more. He will tell you if you bought a cheap one that breaks or has design flaws.
Very happy with the service.
