i wanted so badly to like our realtor, she was great at first. then she started to seem a little pushy, saying “oh just buy the house and fix it later” as if we had the time or money to do major fixes. the whole process was very rushed, and questionable. but we were first time buyers, and didn’t know any better. we found a house we liked, she was supposed to handle all the inspections and such.. we moved into our house, and found out we have a HUGE big problem. i had asked her about it, and she blew my off.. of course, because she had her commission now. now we’re spending 100s a month, and the issue isn’t getting any better. i shouldn’t regret my very first home purchase, and these people have made me.

If you want your home to be sold quickly and smoothly, call Dex Manguerra on the Salas team ! There with you from the beginning of the sale of your home to the end of signing with the buyers team. It was a very smooth transition, answered all of our questions, no pressure and made sure that you were not missing out on any money on your sale, he was very knowledgeable and professional. So this was our first home we bought and we were new to the selling and placing it on the market. I heard so many ads of companies that wanted to buy and sell your home but none caught our attention. Then I found the Shelly Salas Team and that is when I met Demetrius and where do I begin. He is knowledgeable in his field and he was willing to answer any and all my questions that I had. He showed me options, ran numbers, built a chart with projections of what could happen with our home on the market today. We had doubts like any home owner where we didn't know if this house would sell but we had hopes and we stayed positive and sure enough with the wait finally over we had a buyer. We got more than we hoped for and was thrilled that we did get something back with the way the market is today. Demetrius wherever you are my friend I wanted to thank you and sorry we missed you at closing but from my family to yours we thank you and couldn't be grateful for the sacrifices you put in day after day to get us a buyer. I have made a few property purchases but my experience with Valerie was the best one. I was out of the country. She drove to properties and gave me tours over the phone. She contacted me back quickly even though we had a huge time difference. When I had issues with my lender she assisted me with finding the perfect one. I will never use another realtor in the Central Texas Area again. Her customer service and patience was above and beyond. In a hot market I felt like her only client. If you want someone to assist you this is your realtor.

My home was just sold with Dex and Salas Team Realtors, and I could not be happier. It was sold for the price we were wanting while other realtors told us we would not get that price. The reason we went with them above the other companies we spoke with was Dex. He took the time to get good comps for the area and explained the whole process with us. He went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were comfortable with everything throughout the entire process. I could not say enough good things about them. If you are looking to sell I recommend at least talking to them and seeing what they can do.

All around great service. Colby, a realtor with the Salas team, made the search and find for our first home amazing! He was incredibly kind and genuine about everything. He was also accountable and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

If I could give them a "0" I would! Everything was going smoothly for the purchase of my daughter's second home until the day of the closing. Her realtor went on vacation and had a substitute realtor accompany my daughter the day of closing. She signed final documents at 11:51 a.m. and was told it would take an hour before she could get the keys (while waiting for checks to clear).At 2:00 p.m. she tried calling her realtor and the substitute to check on the status of her house keys, as she made appointments for technicians to meet her at the house to set up services. Her realtor graciously called her and said, "Oh you won't get the keys until about 4:00 p.m.!" Like WHAT?! None of those things were disclosed to her leading up to the day of closing. When my daughter purchased her first home in a different city, she received the keys within 30minutes of closing; so quite naturally she anticipated a similar experience.My daughter finally relented and contacted the lender to see how long it would take for them to clear everything on their end. The representative told her that the house was fully funded over an hour ago! And if the title company needed to speak to them they would gladly do so. Of course, she calls the substitute and he states that it shouldn't take more than an half hour to now get her keys.My daughter drove to the title company and picked up her own keys at 4:15 pm AND was even issued a refund check because she was quoted the wrong amount to bring to closing. The entire closing process was disgusting and she received very poor customer service. I'm convinced that customer service is now a super power; not everyone is capable of having it!My daughter hired this Team to represent her, and she ended up doing the majority of the work in the end. It's all about communication and remembering that you work for the client; not the other way around. Extremely disappointed!

I purchased a house with Salas Team and they were wonderful. I had to sale this time and our person of contact was Demetrius McNeil. ? recommended you use him. He answered everyone questions and walked us every step of the way. He was knowledgeable and attentive. We will be using him in the future for our next purchase as should you. Thank you Demetrius for helping us sale our house less than a month (it was our goal) .

Definitely ask for Luis! Especially if you want someone with patience and the ability to understand what your looking for. Once he saw a few homes with us, he understood exactly what we liked and didn't like, and found more homes to match our interests. He was great at communicating and was never an annoying salesman which made the process really easy.

We had the pleasure of working with the Salas team and having Chris Dean as our realtor. He was extremely patient and accommodating to everything my husband and I wanted in a house. He was available and amazing at responding to my many questions/requests. Chris listened to everything we wanted in a home and rose to the occasion. Not only did he find us our perfect home he has been there every step of the way including after we moved in to our home. He has checked in on us and has made sure that everything is going well. We just sold our home last week and Melissa Reyes was great to work with. Our house was listed the beginning of May, we had an offer within days, and sold within 40. Melissa constantly gave updates and answered any questions we had. She made the process very easy for first time home sellers who had no idea what to do. Great experience selling my home. House was under contract the day after it went on the market! Mel and Jon were awesome!!! Communication was great and the follow ups from them and the whole team was greatly appreciated.
