Omar @ RST continues to provide quality service and provide great products. Since the addition of Liqui Moly products, I've changed all my vehicles to these products and have noticed a smoother operation in every single one of them. I’ve seen fuel efficiency gains of 2-3 MPG in every single one of them. In addition, the performance and quality of these products have allowed me to extend my maintenance cycles. The reliability of Liqui Moly’s product line has given me peace of mind when it comes to the serviceability and performance of my vehicles; there are no other products that I trust. Omar offers nothing but great quality services with great quality products.

To begin, the young girl at the front desk is very rude, attitudinal, and unprofessional. My family and I really wanted to support this Veteran owned business, however they left a very sour taste in our mouths. We all had equally unsatisfying experiences with both the owner and his daughter. This business is unfortunately mostly worried about putting money into their pockets, rather than pouring into their customers. Beware, they also do not honor their warranty, which based on other reviews, I can see is a trend. Would not recommend to anyone :(

I stopped by to get service coming from California and the owner Omar and his family were the best. I got my car serviced and he found issues from the last people that worked in my car. I would recommend him to everyone in Killeen.
My son who is in the military is next and I know they will do a good job

Over charged me. They charged me to change my motor mounts and never changed the mounts and still charged me. The daughter is very rude on the phone and very unorganized. If you want quality work done and good communication TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

RST motor replaced both head gasket on my 2001 Ford F250, and they did a very poor job. Soon after the truck starting leaking oil from one side of the engine and I took back the truck to the RST shop and Omar, the mechanic told me that I had a defective gasket. Bottom line is that they smashed the gasket in the process of installing the head. The head is very heavy and did not align the gasket right and damaged a corner of the gasket. I would recommend using this shop since they don’t warranty the job but instated, they blame the gasket. If the gasket was bad, why did they used it.RST motor do a very poor-quality job and that’s the reason they don’t warranty the job.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very professional and clean shop.Repair shops get a bad rap from distrust of shops trying to “up sell” customers with unnecessary products or services. This is NOT the case for RST.I was recommended to this shop by a co-worker in who’s judgment I trust. Although this shop is pretty far from where I live (Waco), I felt I should check it out. I have ZERO regrets in doing this and as a matter of fact will continue to seek services for things that are out of my set skills.

My husband's truck went in a few months ago for engine work. Was done by end of next day once they had all the parts needed(I ordered parts myself), and they went above and beyond to find the issues. They always are willing to do the most they can. Everyone I have dealt with has been able to explain to me the issues and I understand what their telling me(Im definitely no mechanic). They even went through and showed us every last thing they've found, what to be looking out for when time comes(like brakes and routine things).The info says they open at 8, but it is normally around 815-830. They are worth the wait ?
