cecilia was helping me check out at the register, she didn’t say hello to me at all when i approached her to check out which was off the bat rude in my opinion. She got on her phone about 3 times while helping me, and i waited about 45 seconds for her to finally realize i was still in front of her waiting for her to give me my receipt while she was too busy on her phone. she looked to be a manger, i walked out and said to myself what in the world kind of manger is that. I Felt like i should’ve stayed home instead of coming here on my way to my car. Cecilia, you are as rude as they come, you shouldn’t be a manager or a team lead and i would be ashamed if i was the one who hired you. A younger girl who had seemed to have just started asked you a question in front of me and you RUDELY said back “i’m sorry?” to her in front of the customers she was helping in a way that was so unprofessional i felt on egg shells and sorry for the poor girl. You really should come back to earth and be kinder to people coming to shop and spend their money, as well as your fellow employees. You give really bad look for that store and i hope i never have you checking me out again because i may just put my stuff back and leave if i have to be around you again.

Great items in store but the employee system is booboo. No good customer service when in the store and system has a glitch that not to long ago people was getting emails for interviews only to find out it was a mistake. It was 3 pages of names of people showing up thinking they had a Interview.

Ross is pretty much the same. They did move the sections around since I've been there last but still the same. Still the same mess as usual. But still same great prices

Today, the line in Ross was sooo long. I have NO patience, and I told the person I was talking to on the phone that I didn’t know how I was going to make it! Before I could even start complaining to anybody else who would listen, Mechelle said “May I help the next person in line?” It was Me. Thanks, Ross
