DO NOT USE ROCKEYS MILITARY FRIENDS! THEY STOLE 2,000 POUNDS WORTH OF GOODS!
This company stole about 2,000 pounds of our goods through a highly sophisticated scheme. It was untrackable in the current system (stickers). We did not get reimbursed b/c technically it never existed b/c it was stollen before it was weighed and stollen before it was "inventoried"/never inventoried. The packers and loaders worked together to pull it off. All DVD's, and CD's were stollen before being packed in the high value boxes (that were sealed). The DVD/CD boxes were emptied but the empty boxes arrived. So the theft occurred before being packed. All boxes were specially labeled w/fun slogans such as "have a nice day", " the sun is shining" (this is how they knew which to steal/tag and which not to steal) None of these boxes got stickers, none of these were on the inventory list, none of these arrived, all were stollen. I later saw them in photos taken while being boxed and saw they never arrived however I didn't know what was packed inside. The movers handpicked what they wanted in these boxes b/c they knew they would be stollen. We had 3 weapons. 2 were packed in the high value box. 1 was missing (b/c I double checked them before I signed for them). I had them unpack the entire room to find it. It was located out of the gun box (which it had originally been in) and shoved in a shoe box in a large packing box labeled "have a nice day". I had them take it out and pack it correctly in the high value box. ( I did not know at the time that all boxes with these sayings would never arrive at my home). She had some ridiculous excuse at the time , why she took it out of the case. At the final weigh of our goods we were 2,000 pounds less than usual but unable to account for what was missing. Most all of my crystal and kitchen was stolen and tons more but I just wasn't able to itemize. The military wanted me to itemized. The military did not help me at all. I asked for a new company in the beginning when we initially had a problem but was told I would have to reimburse this company for their time and money for supplies already used. Our goods were supposed to have been stored in a storage facility. Instead it was stored at Rockys facility in the ORIGINAL TRUCK. Our truck was an open 24 hour store for them to shop and take whatever they wanted AND THEY DID! When our stuff arrived they left behind the ladder they used to help get all the stuff out (steal it) We had our goods plus their ladder they needed to reach the stuff to get out. If I can offer any advice to anyone it is to avoid the heartache we did. Do not, do not go with this company. If it means delaying your move do it. We would have gladly pushed back our PCS date. The military did not help us. They knew we had issues with is company from the first day. Their 8 plus hour tardiness and other unprofessionalism, the military did not care. We told them even when they came by to check. By the time the military checked in on our move boxes, supplies and employee time had already been spent/used so we were responsible for reimbursement if we wanted another company. Let our awful experience be a warning. Please!!!

MILITARY BEWARE!! The worst of the worst!! Highly recommend asking for a DIFFERENT Company! My lawn mower arrived on my triple dresser. Crates, initially, sealed, this Company took it upon itself to break seals and store our entire move when it was supposed to be delivered the way it was packed! Completely unprofessional and many items stolen! I was glad I videotaped both ends, because seeing is believing, Noway to deny!

Horrible moving company!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! WILL BREAK YOUR ITEMS AND DUCK YOUR CALLS AND AVOID EMAILS WHEN TRYING TO GET A SETTLEMENT FOR YOUR BROKEN ITEMS. I HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENT WITH THIS MOVING COMPANY, THEY MOVED ME APRIL 2017. STILL NO RESOLVE WITH MY BROKEN DESK AND 55" TV. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ITEMS, THEY WILL DROP THEM THROW THEM AND THEN NOT INFORM YOU WHEN ITEMS ARE BROKEN. I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF MY 55" TV BEING BROKEN, UNTIL I HOOKED IT BACK UP MYSELF AND TURNED ON THE TV. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE!!!! THEY WILL PUSH YOU TO THE SIDE AND ACT LIKE YOU ARE A PROBLEM, WHEN YOU ARE JUST TRYING TO GET SOME RESOLVE FROM ITEMS THERE COMPANY AND MOVERS DID. IT SURPRISES ME THIS BUSINESS IS STILL OPERATING!!! I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW, NOT TO USE THIS MOVING COMPANY AND ALSO WILL COMPLAIN TO THE BBB!!!!! WATCH OUT CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!

This company is horrible. The packers where fine on the outgoing end in Fayetteville, N.C. but when my HHG arrived in Killeen, TX there were one missing item, broken candle holder and my china cabinet was damaged with looks like a forklift fork went through the wooden crate. Overall it about 1500 in damages and I'm still waiting for compensation after six months. I will not give up until they come through. I highly recommend you ask for a different company if you are military. I would rate them a zero if I could.

While my story is not unlike the others I have just recently read mine was mild at best. The day of pickup didn't happen due to them not showing up and claiming that the post was on lock down and they couldn't get on post. This was not the case according to the gate guards. The next day which was supposed to be the pick up was now the packing date. Thats not a issue the two individuals that came out where pleasant to deal with however, the female was more concerned with getting her POV repaired and writing bible scriptures on my boxes then packing. She also refused to move any glass from a shelf unless we brought it down for her. I understand the need for safety but its part of your job not mine. The Male was very friendly and awesome if lacking some basic hygiene for the day. So now onto Saturday (There over time day due to them not showing up on Thursday). Guys show up they move everything out one male would RUN everything to the truck and run back the boy didnt slow down once. The move out was a complete success. Now be as it may I only moved an hour away from Fort Hood my stuff was the only one on the truck. they are able to squeeze in a drop off on Monday (Was originally scheduled for the 18 which was the very last day of the move) The gentlemen show up and start unloading the truck. they place everything and we notice parts of are furniture is missing. Screws are missing from are dinning room table, are coffee table is missing its legs, and everything is scratched or what not. They then tell me that once we are done unpacking to call for a box pickup and promptly leave. Well needless to say with the broken dishes and missing pieces not even being the least of are problems. We discovered the packers just threw stuff in the box, Vacuum parts with pantry cooking utensils. family pictures thrown into a back pack and then into a box. Then when we called and attempted to get a box pickup the guy who schedules it is never there or just stepped out (Just to the boxes are selves to the recycling center) Now dealing with the claims process we havent herd anything from them and its been almost a month since we started this phase of the battle. Would I use them again probably not...Would I use members of there team again yes.

This is our first PCS move. Despite the reviews I read, the packers that helped us were amazing. Laura, John, and Shelby were fantastic. They always doubled checked us if things needed to be packed. They worked very fast to get the packing done. The general manager even came out to introduce himself and wish us a great moving experience. Dispatch even called to check how things were going a few hours before end of the day. Overall, great experience.

Please whatever you do DO Not use this company. Especially if your in the military! Please work with your local transportation office to have them replaced. If you do use this company have multiple people to watch, document and pack your items. The workers steal and damage your goods, they also do not take the time to properly document your items (especially higher value) and rush you through the process. When I notified the supervisor about the employees stealing on the premises, Kay Kay came out to my residence but the owner did not solve the issue of my stolen property/ I was told to wait until I reached my destination because the item was accidentally packed. Of course when I reached my destination not only was that item missing, but other items as well. This company isn't worth the hassle and if your military they won't get paid or be contracted if enough personnel formally complain. Again you have any issues utilize the your local transportation and legal office, it will be worth it to document discrepancies officially !

They just packed out my UB and HHG and needless to say I was concerned after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that these guys are professional, polite and punctual. My only complaint is that one of the packers broke a dish during the HHG pack out. Hope that wasn't sign of things to come

This is without a doubt one of the worst companies we have ever worked with. While packing our home, they caused over $2500 in damages, issues that they are refusing to have properly fixed. After three weeks of dealing with this company, a term loosely used as they are actually crooks, nothing has been done. They have tried to offer us a settlement that is less than 1/10 of the actual cost to fix. Mufasa is an absolute terrible human being to work with; he is a disrespectful, unintelligible con-artist. In the military we don't get to pick our moving companies, and we are in the process of a 4000 miles move accross the continent; dealing with crooked-ass people should be the last thing we have to deal with. This company deserves to be blacklisted and put out of business as they are literal ass-bags. If I were able to put no stars that would more accurately depict my rating of this company.

Being a military family, we're very familiar with moving. The one moving and storage we scheduled with fell through so, I called Rockey's. They were quick to get us moved and stored away. They stored our belongs for months and when we were back, they delivered our belongings safely and successfully. Throughout this ordeal, I was so stressed out however, Mustafa the manager, handled everything and assured me that it would all be done professionally. They delivered our items and everything was great. This turned out to be the best storage company of the many that I have dealt with.

Rockey's Moving & Storage are criminals. They packed and stored my items while I was deployed to Afghanistan. When I returned from my deployment and had my things delivered, I noticed nine pairs of Nike Air Jordan Retro sneakers were missing from the box they were packed in and replaced with packing paper. My children's Playstation 3 and Nintentdo Wii were also missing. I filed a claim with the company for the missing items. They initiated an investigation and after 3 days they contacted me and said they would give 180 dollars. I think they are stealing customer's items reselling and making a profit. Not only did they steal, they just threw my items in several different boxes in no type of order or sequence, such as by rooms or like items. Also when they unpacked my beds the hardware and screws were no where to be found. They didn't put the bed hardware in the box labeled "hardware" they stuffed them in a dresser drawer balled up in a wad of tape. I hope the Army doesn't hire them to move soldiers household goods at all because they are unprofessional criminals robbing soldiers while they are doing their jobs over seas.

This is a horrible and dishonest company to work with!! The guy over it, Mufasa, was rude and such a lier! They broke my daughter's new sectional, which was worth close 3800 dollars! This was an overstuffed set and they lost the loveseat part of it!! How can you, so call, lose something that big!! They would never call my daughter back, and they kept giving her the run around! Mufasa stated that he was waiting on the military, but come to find out, transportation told her that he closed the case, saying it was finished!! They never came to fix the parts that were still broken, and now the military (transportation) has taken over this case!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! The military really needs to take this company off their transportation list....awful, awful, awful!!! They also had the furniture dirty and a footprint was on it where someone stepped on it!! This is what you get from this company when you are deployed!!
