This guy needs the city reported on him. He moves all the cars into the street and makes it almost impossible to drive down it. Shouldn’t he keep the cars on his property? How does he keep other customers cars from getting damaged. This is very aggravating. You can tell he only cares about himself. I will never give him my business. Damn shame!

I recently had my transmission fluid changed and it was at such a reasonable price that, I stopped looking else where. As a single woman not wanting to be taken advantage of in my pockets or the work needed, you can’t imagine what waiting was like. Mr.Robinson made me feel welcome to wait, provided water and it may not sound like much but, the bathroom was presentable and clean for a lady! He made sure that all was fair in service, price and that, the technicians were thorough and kind. That sold me and now, all of my vehicle needs will be done at Robinson Automotive. Thank you so much, for looking out for my safety and the safety of my vehicle.

Part one: In a time of need, they really came through for me. The secretary is very kind and very knowledgeable . The entire staff is very professional and they really know what they are doing. I definitely recommend this place if you want people that are dependable. Thanks again
Part two: As a psychologist/scholar that studies many areas of society, I really didn’t want to do this review but I literally got fed up with this company. I’m not sure why these other customers said what they said but they must know the owner or something because ain’t no way this company deserves a 4.6 rating.
Yes I said what I said in part of the review ( a month ago) but I figured out that they only wanted the money (2,800) dollars. So now let me explain as a psychologist. I went to Robinson automotive because I was having a problem with a squeaking serpentine belt so he told me that the belt was rerouted so I would need to get the serpentine belt plus something done to the ac. So I was like that’s fine and he told me the cost was 2,800. Ok so included in the cost a ambient temp sensor. I kept telling them about the ambient temp sensor over and over again. I got the car back and I noticed that the scene on the car still said-40. So then after like a week the car started over heating sometimes. Mind you, before they got the car it never over heated not one time. I only went to them because the squeaking noise was irritating.
Ok so I called the technician and was saying that the car was running fine when I left and the ac was blowing cold air. I told them I’m a psychologist and if I’m treating a patient, it doesn’t mean that the patient is going to be the next day or even weeks after ( I’m trying to be logical at this point). So the technician went on say that he doesn’t have a good memory. I asked Mr Robinson, if the technician doesn’t have a good memory why is he working on cars because the technician said over and over again that he doesn’t have a good memory. When working on cars, memory is very important. So when I kept pressing them about the ambient temp sensor, he told me that he put a faulty temp sensor in but let me remind y’all on how many times I told them about the ambient temp sensor. So after researching, this is what I found. I wanna tell y’all that they play word games and try to through people off also because when I kept telling them about the ambient temp sensor he would say things like the car blows cold air. I wasn’t about to keep going back and forth with them because I could literally see what was going on. They wasn’t going to take accountability for happen to the car after I left which I ended up taking it back to them and then they charged me 2,600 more dollars. In all I was out of almost 6,000.
Now y’all can read this and make a judgment but I wouldn’t ever go back to this place. Let alone, they where supposed to plug the tire and I just looked outside and it was left off. SMH

Robinsons Automotive will be my new go-to shop if I ever have any other car troubles in Killeen. I needed an alternator replacement and they got quoted me the best price, and got me in and out quickly. They were much more honest, quicker, and affordable than any other place I’ve called or been to in Killeen. Shoutout to owner Reggie and mechanic Big Red they were easy to talk to and ask questions. I highly recommend them over any of those major chains and I will be back for anything I need.
