I wouldn’t recommend going here under any circumstances :-( I paid $30 + tip for a manicure and I wasn’t even informed that it wouldn’t come with polish or offered polish. My nails were left extremely thin, brittle, sore and I was also cut in a few places . I didn’t stop bleeding until the next day.

I went three days ago to get my nails done and the lady that did my nails did a bad job on them. I will never go to that place agian.

They have a sign that says open at 12 on Sunday. I came in at 12:30 they was still close. This is the second time. It you don't open on Sunday change the sign

I was very disappointed. Staff was hopping and talking to other people and doing other task while doing my service, did not follow directions, cut me multiple times, and kept redirecting nail art that I asked for. I gave them another chance by going back but they insisted that the nails were fine and still did my nails wrong , they came out lumpy, more cuts, lazy paint job highly unsatisfied, would not recommend, lots of GREAT employees have left, very low on staff.Services: Manicures

What a joke! I asked how much for a gel fill and I was told $25. The lady began filing my nails and cut my skin twice with the drill. She didn’t smooth them down. When she was done she told me to wash my hands. There were used brushes on the counter that had not been sanitized so I wasn’t able to really clean my nails like you normally would because I wasn’t using a used brush. After washing my hands I could see they weren’t filed even. When I pointed it out to the technician she shrugged her shoulders and told me to pick a color. I went to look at the gel colors and she said it was $40 for gel. Because my cuticles hurt and felt raw and my nails looked so awful I just told her I would go without polish. It was obvious that attempting to argue the price wouldn’t do any good so I paid and left. I will NEVER go back to Regal Nails.
