Had been needed a good reliable and fair price for insurance and with everything going up lately i knew this was going to be a challenge but at geico Ms, Allyson not only took the time to give me the best deals full coverage for my automobile but took time and care to show me everything compared and clearly showed me all my options even went above and beyond to help show me how different things are when separated or together giving me even better deals and prices. Simply put i couldnt be happier with my service here extremely considerate and cares about her customers.

I have been waiting on a refund from Geico for a month now, every employee I’ve spoken to in this office told me it was on its way and that I could expect it in 7-15 business days. I waited. Never showed up, so I called my bank to see if the issue was there. Nope! So again I called Geico, last Friday, a week ago today, and the guy told me that we needed to do a three way call with my bank! Well that’s totally fine, but WHY DID NO ONE IN THIS OFFICE INFORM ME OF THIS? Everyone I spoke to said the money was on its way on its way when it wasn’t. My refund hadn’t even been initiated as of last Friday. Of course my bank was closed at that time so I had to call back the next day and the agant I spoke with didn’t even know what I was talking about. So after walking through everything for the 3rd or 4th time, we do a three way call with my bank and I am promised yet again I will now see my money in 4-8bussiness days. It has been 6 bussiness days, I called my bank to see if my money was pending. There is nothing pending. So now I am currently on the phone with Geico trying to figure this out and no one will let me speak to a supervisor. I began inquiring about the refund January 29th 2024, my bill 199$ was taken out of two different accounts, my payment is ONLY 199$. And It’s been about a month now, never in my life have I dealt with this poor of customer service. Like it’s Geico just refund me, it’s 2024 it shouldn’t be taking a month to get me my money back. Not everyone can afford a 199$ unplanned loss. This is absolutely unreal, the amount of hoops I have had to jump through to get my money back and it’s still not been issued to me. It’s absolutely sickening. Was finally told I’d be transferred to a supervisor and it was another random agent. She told me she would get a supervisor and I am promised a call back… I was also promised my money back so likeeee idek what to believe. Amanda’s review was spot on when she said “be cautious” because everyone will tell you a different story.Update, I FINALLY got through to someone who cares and placed a formal complaint on this office, hopefully they’ll get better!!

Be very cautious with these people. I was paying a ton of money with progressive and was quoted a pretty good amount for Geico. I have 2 vehicles that belong to me but one of them my mom is a co-signer on so she has to be on the policy(this is absolutely fine). When I spoke with Allyson Chandler at Geico and she gave me my quote that included DriveEasy discount I explained my mother hasn’t driven in 3 years due to heath problems. She said as long as the app was downloaded it would be fine. So I downloaded the app on my phone so it could track my driving and I downloaded the app on my mom’s phone even though she doesn’t drive. Allyson even stayed on the line while I did this. Now because there is no driving history for one of the drivers I’m being told my policy will go up because it’s not being used. I use it on my phone but again my mother doesn’t drive and Allyson knew this. The crazy thing is without the DriveEasy discount I would still be paying a lot less with Geico than I was with Progressive. Lying to land a sale is disgusting and distasteful. If they can lie about a small discount what else will they lie about to land a sale.

This company and its local office are thieves they quote you one price on the phone as some of the reviews say IT’S ACTUALLY TRUE!!! then you get a different quote in writing when you get your insurance docs in the mail. Why can’t you just be straight forward with your prices. Bad business. ?

Mr. Naythan from the Killeen GEICO office was very helpful in helping with a quote for my cars. I was with USSA for many years but Naythan assisted with getting me a better quote with more coverage and save me money. Thanks again Naythan.
