Had scheduled appt at 1100 on 20240606, was there from 1050 to 1210, attempted multiple times to check in with no success, put in a help number on the tablet and never got addressed, no one available to talk to for help.
If you're able to schedule for literally anywhere else, I cannot recommend enough to you do so.

The person who attended my son was really professional. She went above and beyond by contacting the doctor's office to obtain more information that the document was missing.

this place is ridiculous. You could have an appointment and be early to it and if they have nobody there, they still won’t see you until at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. so for example if you showed up at 10:30 to an 1130 appt and they had nobody in their office, they still wouldn’t see you until the earliest 1120. At least the phlebotomist that seen me was friendly and patient with me.

I came for a scheduled nursing student drug test. I’ve done several and never had a problem with other facilities. The workers here were extremely rude. They don’t provide instructions and I ended up “failing a test” because I didn’t provide enough urine the first time (a little less half the cup) and after that my urine was too diluted because I drank too much water.
I had to PAY again for another drug test.
Unfortunately this was the only location available to go to in such a short time notice. They need retraining or go work somewhere else, this could have gotten me denied for my program, something I worked really hard for. Never go here.

I was a little anxious coming into the store due to the reviews here, but the service was great and convenient. I made an appointment ahead of time, signed in on the kiosk, and they took me in on-time. The bloodwork was quick, and the doctor was nice.

Came here twice to have a large amount of blood work done. The staff was very nice and super efficient. I sometimes have trouble with my blood work due to small veins but both times the employee was super gentle and I didn't feel any discomfort. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The folks that work here are beyond rude. They insisted that I sign documents that I was not given the chance to read, and when I asked what I was signing, I was rudely told "your name." When I asked where I could wash my hands after a urinalysis, since the bathroom didn't have soap, they were even rude in handing me a pump of soap and telling me to leave it in the bathroom since "obviously" that's where it goes.

Great location and service. Made an appointment for 11:40 AM for some blood work. Was out in 5 mins. Negative reviews are walkins that forget that appointments take precedence over them.
