I do not recommend this company to anyone. We were late 19 days. They drove all the way to San Antonio Texas two hours and 37 minutes to pick up the car legally just got a new job. That’s why we were late and on top of that put a lot of money down, I do not recommend this company to anyone and believe me they have a lawsuit on the way. May God bless them have mercy????

They stole my money out of my vehicle never missed a payment lost my job missed 1 payment and they repossessed my car and stole my money out of my vehicle I’m currently filing a civil suit against the company car broke down not even a year after having it when I called to schedule a maintenance appointment they said it would be months to get an appointment even though I was paying for FULL COVERAGE through the dealership they never once helped with anything. Don’t recommend at all i recommend k town auto or Killeen auto even McLeod but not platinum they take all ur money and leave you screwed and they’re a bunch of thieves

Wonderful staff was able to get a vehicle that is wonderful a 2015 Lexus ES350 love it drives amazing I would recommend people to go there to look at there selections and maybe purchase a vehicle.

You reap what you sow and karma is a you know whatI'm driving a new model car with extremely low miles and a warranty you see how god works Im just glad to know yall was able to eat real good with my down payment and monthly payments . just trash

Although I don't have any license, they still work with me to help me get a car. When they say you're leaving out there with a vehicle. They really mean that. Tell me a reasonable price worth y Honda Accord. Great on gas and if you have any issues they will fix it for you if possible and if need to be there will also help you find some insurance

I want to warn every soldier or citizen in Central Texas that this car lot, if you can technically call it a car dealership*, tries to FLIP their cars. This means they in-house finance you mostly if you have a considerable down payment. Then, they do not consider your budget, esp. when it's really important for most of the customers they get are establishing credit and obviously can not afford $510 payments over 30 months. They refused to stretch the loan out farther. Then, they call you and tell you that you owe more on down payment. Then, when you look at your contract, you see they're right, but it's not the agreed upon amount and y'all agreed upon. They count on you to overlook it. They make you pay or repossess. If that doesn't work, they wait until you your broke and cant pay and repossess. Then they clean it up and sell it again. It's called Car Flipping. * It's a scam lot! That's why they move so many cars. The finance easy and repossess easy!
