I am disabled so my friend walked her in , the lady was nice enough to call my phone to get needed information. Both ladies that I spoke with here were so pleasant. And the job they did on my Chloe I can't even find the words! She came home looking adorable and smelling so good!

She was amazing with our Rio and Rio immediately took to Tierra, Both Rio and I learned so much from Tierra. She is patient and encouraging and we had fun. We signed up to take the next training class (Advanced) with Tierra. So happy with her.

I had not gotten a primary vet at the time and they had no reason to trust me. They charged me with the most reasonable and affordable plan, choices of two plans, only after a real ASsEssment of my MooCow, unlike the animal hospital , where they did an estimate , not an actual assessment and charged 185 dollars calling it an exam only. Then 1200 plus for the procedure he needed . Those folks were not concerned about my baby. I was super impressed and relieved to find this clinic that will now be his primary care clinic. I was able to choose a plan that I could pay for that day as they expect especially if you are not an established patient (pup). Dr. Mathew Davis was awesome and kind, and
gentle. And hopefully my baby will do well when his stitches are removed soon. He seems to be doing great so far. He got his little personality back after a rough animal attack.

723 West University Avenue, GeorgetownI have worked extensively with Julie with multiple dogs. The first, Jinx, was an older rescue dog we got for my elderly father-in-law. The dog was afraid of everything. She was also a runner and escaped every chance she got. Within a few sessions this dog had totally changed. She's bright, energetic and happy. And we can let her off leash and not worry about her bolting from us. However, more personal to me are my 4 rescue dogs. Over the summer I added a 4th dog, Tiffany, and that totally changed the dynamic of my household. After a few sessions with the group as a whole Tiffany spent the month of December boarded with Julie. This was the game changer. We honestly didn't know if Tiffany would make it past day 1 because she was so attached to me. After her daily sessions with Julie she was a new dog. She's confident to be alone, plays well with the other dogs and is the sweetest thing ever. I truly believe Julie made this happen for us and I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for training for their dogs from potty training, walking loosely on leash, stay commands, come, fearfulness, you name it and she does it. You won't be disappointed!!! And your dogs will be so much happier after working with her.

While we were there, there was a stream of regulars who would come in, chat with the staff and linger patiently for their scratch made order. Their prices are reasonable. We will definitely come again. We ordered breakfast. Pancakes were fluffy, bread chewy, eggs flavorful and the coffee steaming hot.

Specially considering the location and just for 4 tacos and nothing else. The tacos itself was a little skimpy meatwise but overall a good birria taco with consume. Waited nearly 10 minutes outside and no complaints about that however, there was only one customer ahead of me and I can't imagine waiting in the summer heat with other ppl waiting for these tacos. I'd still recommend but the search continues. There was a spot in heights that closed down that had birria at the right price point. If this truck lowered it this to $10-$12, I think ppl would line up.

I tried the grilled cheese today for the first time and it was amazing. It was warmed up perfectly and had amazing flavor. The young man At the window, I believe his name was Sean… Was friendly, pleasant, and efficient. My order was done very quickly and with a great attitude. In fact when I pulled up to the window, all of the Staff seemed to be cheery And happy to be at work. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience.
