Do not recommend! I was interested in a vehicle they had, I drove an hour to get there, I had a really nice low mile trade-in. They give me the paper with the numbers in it, over 10k less than what my vehicle is worth! I said no, the manager Andrew came out and talked to me like I was an idiot. He told me that book value doesn't matter. That he was "giving me as much as it's worth". Interesting....CarMax offered almost $4,000 more, had another dealership offer me $4,500 more than their insulting offer. I wasted so much time driving there and back just to be talked to like I was an idiot, and insulted with such a ridiculous offer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience!

I would not recommend using their body shop services. I brought a part in to get a paint estimate an Mike Smith was ver condescending and just was very crude in his mannerisms. Just for everyone's situational awareness. There are so many other body shops willing to profit. Thank you

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK...ASKED FOR A REPAIR ESTIMATE AND LOST MY CAR DUE TO THEIR GREEDAsked for a repair estimate and when JR. realized that USAA sent the vehicle that hit my parked car to them to get fixed, he called USAA wanting to know why my vehicle was not sent there too. After hearing their response, he stated that my vehicle was totaled and the frame was twisted. He looked at one cell photo, never looked at the car. He informed me that he used to be an insurance adjuster and he knew the insurance company would total my vehicle and he did not want to get stuck cleaning up the mess. The ripple effect from that lie caused serious damage; How much did USAA you for that lie?

I am so pleased that I chose Patriot Buick GMC dealership to purchase my last vehicle with. Everyone was so very kind and did not pressure me into anything! Wonderful experience! Paul Connell was extremely kind. Not only did he ensure safe delivery of my Mini Cooper but he relieved my anxiety in trading in my 2016 vehicle. I also want to thank Lynese Foster for the time she spent with me in purchasing a 2023 Buick Encore GX, Essence package. Outstanding service! Thank you! I also want to mention that everyone on the Sales floor were very professional, especially the Finance manager. If not for the kindness received by the Staff at Patriot Buick GMC of Killeen, Texas, I doubt that I would have followed through on this purchase. God Bless all of you. Had my truck there needing to be fixed had 900 dollars and some cash in the center console that my kids and I had after our house caught fire and was a total lose. When I picked my truck up, those were stolen out of my truck. After waiting and was told not to make a police report and that I would get a check to make things right and they would look into it further so this doesn't happen to someone else. I got a response today that the manager informed me that their not responsible for items left in vehicles. These thieves stole from a single mom and 3 kids our house burned less than 2 months ago this us not right! I will be going to file a police report today, this is sad.

I’m not sure if they have an actual customer service aspect but the people here are one of three things racist, rude or lack the ability to communicate. First off they placed a person in front of two waiting cars who were there for at least 10 mins. Yes it was two AA and the person they placed ahead was not. Then after standing in their waiting area room for 5 more minutes I was not acknowledge but one of them Kevin asked me to move over so he could get to a switch to turn something off. Go somewhere else. Apparently the manager chuck also only works for himself so nobody else can receive a complaint when he’s unavailable. Patriot needs to invest in an actual service department if that is true.Also I personally spoke to the woman who skipped us and she did not have an appointment. She was just the only one to get acknowledged.

Samantha Shootman contacted my nephew and said her pre-owned Mgr. Wanted to offer him 11k for his Cadillac. He called and confirmed. And she even text to confirm his comming in. And so he and his Grandma drove down 2 hours to go and he was going to take the money to buy something else on lot. They turned around claimed it was a typo. They were out the day and gas and they didn't even offer anything for the inconvience. This was a fraud and misrepresentation to get them to come in. I wonder how many other people they have done this To? They should be held accountable for this. They said it they should backed it up and they should done what the text they sent said.

Twice, I contacted them about a situation with my car, and twice I was told "We'll get back to you". They never bothered to contact me either time. From my perspective, this tells me that to them, I was not worth their time.

The guys in there are amazing! Hard working best crew that works together as a crew! But…. There working in a sweat shop! And customers have practically no place to wait except right along with them; sweating! The fridge stinks cuz it don’t work, cuz I asked. They got a personal cooler the pay for the ice and drinks out their own pocket!! These 4 guys need a raise!! Surprise OSHA hasn’t been notified!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
