I brought my great grandmothers necklace here to be repaired - a stone had fallen out and some pearls needed to be replaced. They did an absolutely amazing job and I couldn't be happier. The staff was very nice. The prices were reasonable, probably the best in town. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Came here to get my golden ankle bracelet fixed. Turn around was a bit longer than expected but it made up for the quality and communication. They listened to my concerns and mastered it by empathizing and correcting it with professionalism. Definitely made sure to figure out a solution. My bracelet came out beautifully. It looks like new again! Thank you much. Definitely recommend.

I dropped off my ring to Pagel and Sons to be sized. I asked for an estimate for a custom band to match the ring, and they said they would be able to provide that while my ring was being sent out for sizing. We were told a week on the top end to get the sizing done. A week later received a call about the custom estimate and the young guy that called me was very rude, unprofessional and abrupt when I asked him if my ring was ready to pick up, saying “I don’t know anything about that— I’m just calling about the estimate”. Well that’s great, but a better response would be oh, let me check on that and get right back to you. I’m not impressed at all with the interaction I had. It sounds like my ring isn’t done in the time estimated and they just kept it in case I wanted to get the custom ring done right away. That wasn’t the agreement when I dropped the ring off.
I received another call after this and the young woman stated it would be possibly another week at the most to get my ring back. This is unacceptable. The customer service over the phone has been poor. I wouldn’t recommend this jeweler at all. I requested my ring to be immediately returned to them so I could pick it up. They had it available the next day but have lost my business for good.

I brought two rings that had been passed down to me as family heirlooms and had the idea of putting the two together, to make something new and that carried sentimental value. Pagel and Sons brought my idea to life and exceeded every expectation that I had. Not only is the ring absolutely stunning, the customer service is unmatched. I will be a returning customer and will recommend them to any family and friends for the foreseeable future. Thank you Pagel and Sons!

Between Ms Sydney and Mr Tanner… PROFESSIONALISM, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and PATIENT!
Long story short: I have 2 bracelets that were damaged and in need of repair. They wasted no time in the repairs and cleaning. I was in there all of 5-10 mins and walked out with my property looking like new!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I also heard that they will work with you during any purchases to make sure you’re happy before walking out of the door!

This is an awesome family store that has taken care of me and my entire family beautifully. They take time to make sure I know what I'm getting and what type of quality it is. Terrible service untruthful, and person that ordered rings to small was never available to even speak to us. After stretching went back to same size.

went there with a factory set watch thats missing stones wanted them to fix my watch instead of sending it back to factory. this lady says id just put rhinestones in it go to hobby lobby. will not be returning to this place for repairs anytime soon.

They cut a longer Cuban link I had and made me a shorter chain and a Bracelet. After about two weeks the bracelet clamp became loose and they fixed free of charge. Thumbs up!

My husband had a ring made for me for Christmas by another jeweler in Waco. We had to take it back several times due to diamonds becoming loose and even falling out. Each time we were treated as if it was our fault.We were referred to Pagel and Sons by another jeweler in Gatesville.I took my ring to them and they agreed that there should have been something done by original jeweler but reassured me they could fix it.Have had it back from them for months and zero issues!To say I am satisfied is an understatement! Will definitely use them for ALL of our future jewelry needs!
