The floors were dirty. There were roaches. And the towels and sheets were not cleaned. The shower room ceiling was leaking. Amazing air conditioning.

Don't let the location or the fact it's not a major brand discourage you. The room was spacious and clean. Laminate instead of carpet, fridge and microwave in order, and friendly, unobtrusive staff. No up front incidentals (that many hotels at this break insist on being paid by credit/debit meaning you could wait a week to have your money.Always tell them you'll be paying the deposit in cash, and want a receipt .

The rooms could have done with new pillows as they we older (you could tell be look and feel.) They were pretty easy to work with. Location wise it could use a little bit more indication of where it is. Other that that pretty good room reasonable for the price you pay.

Rooms are clean for the most part. Old and dirty lamp shades, they definitely need to change those. The pool looks broken, didn't even have water in it. They do have a lot of good cable channels. Overall, good room for the nightly price of $70

This company charge my credit card without me even staying at the place it was booked through priceline.com which they said you will not be charged if you do not check in spoke with the lady at the front desk and she said that's our policy you pre-charge that they also gave me a different name of a company saying they were the Rodeway Inn which was the confusion. This place is a rip-off and I want my money back

The rooms are clean the staff is nice. The price is a bit high but they seem to be willing to work with you on a limited basis of course with getting your check out extended a few minutes for sure at least enough time to run to the ATM LOL l.
