I am so impressed with Modern Appliance. I bought a house only to find that I needed an entire kitchen suite.Modern Appliance and their staff are knowledgeable, helpful and honest.My suite, delivery, installation, and haul-off were a better price and value than any Black Friday sale. Additionally, the servicemen were prompt, respectful, and professional.Without any hesitation I would recommend this company for your appliance needs.

Just got our new dishwasher and refrigerator. They look GREAT. The two people that installed them were teriffic!! Can't say enough great things about all the folks at Modern Appliances!!

They came out to “fix” my dishwasher a few weeks ago and it’s having the same problem again! It worked for less than 2 weeks before having the EXACT same issue that they claimed they fixed. Truly with my rental company went through a reliable source!

I’m leaving this review on behalf of myself and my parents…Modern Appliance is the best place to buy appliances in Central Texas. Between our two households, we’ve used Modern Appliance probably a dozen+ times to purchase AND service our appliances because of their impeccable customer service, their knowledge of features and of course—their prices.Naturally, when shopping for appliances, we shop online to see where we can find something soonest and cheapest. True story: we have found the *very same* model numbers available sooner and at an equitable or lower price every single time at Modern Appliance. They even have a showroom where you can touch and feel the pieces, flip through the catalogs and talk to someone one-on-one about your vision, budget and timeline. They’ve been at it for generations, and their expertise is far superior to any that you’d find in a big box store or glean from a YouTube review.If you value true VALUE, and need appliances (or service on your appliances), you’ll be glad you called Modern Appliance every single time.

I contacted them this morning and explained the problem with my stove top. The gentleman explained what the issue was and helped me fix it over the phone. Thank you for your not taking an opportunity to come out and charge me for a service call ?. Your honesty is appreciated and I will definitely call your company the next time I need service for any of my appliances.

Our microwave keeps going out. They gave us a call to set up a date to come review. They called to confirm and they called to advise they were 30 minutes away. The employee Alan was very informative, helpful, and polite. I highly recommend.

Somehow they're always so busy that it takes two weeks for a service call. Then, they give you an 8 hour window of when they'll show up. This is 2022, not even the cable company does that any more.My favorite part is after three visits to figure out a problem with the dishwasher stopping mid cycle and losing power is that our hot water is simply not hot enough. This is not a thing. A dishwasher does not just stop then refuse to start again because the water is not hot enough. And by the way, our water temperature is 125 degreed. At 130 degrees our children could sustain burn injuries in just 30 seconds, but they wanted us to turn the water heater up. So if we want the dishwasher to work we have to burn our children, that's their solution.
