Perfect timing when I needed my dress uniform for an important event. The sewing price was great and the dry cleaning service was awesome. My jacket is ready to go and didn’t have that new car smell when I picked it up.

I was impressed with this place almost 5 stars reviews so I brought my Burberry belt and 2 cuff belts to be fixed since the previous lady didn't do a good job. The service was fast but also lacking in attention to detail and had poor quality. I asked the lady (I think her name is Alex) if she could fix the problem and she took the job. I told her I wasn't in a hurry thinking that I would encourage her to do a great job. When I picked up my items 2 days ago, I was disappointed. She used pale yellow color thread on khaki color belt. She didn't cut the end of the belt evenly and the stitches were very sloppy!

Putting a 5 star because the one who took care of me, Alex, was very professional and helpful. Although upon picking up, there was an error and miscommunication on the badge stitching, we both discussed it and she quickly resolved it that same day. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend this shop for alterations and their services.
