The shop is well equipped to do any type of repairs. Korean lady, I called her Mama, was super nice and accommodating. I went to several shops in that area and none of them could do the work, except Military Sewing. Not only did they complete the alterations, my pants and shirts looked great. Highly recommended!

There are better and more efficient places to go off-post. Had a pick up for 1300 which was the time given on the receipt and was told to wait 20 minutes so I did. I walked back up at 1330 and was to wait another 20 minutes. So over 40 minutes late for a time that was wrote on my ticket.

I recently had a disappointing experience with the owner. They made unannounced adjustments to my uniform and charged me for it without prior notice. Additionally, I left a nice suit hanger, expecting it to be returned, but it was replaced with cheap wire hangers. Overall, not satisfied with the service and communication.

The owner was very nice and helped us with my husband's dress uniform. He hasn't had it fitted since basic and needed a lot done to it.

I'm not sure on the pricing, like others have mentioned. I brought in my NWU pants and blouse to have my patches sewn on. 1 branch of service, 2 nametapes, and 1 warfare device. It came to $21.11 (cash only-there is an ATM inside). I want to guess that each patch is roughly $5 and the extra is tax. I tried telling her it wasn't a rush, just need it in a week...but she didn't want to do that. So I was told to pick it up at 4pm, and it wasn't ready-waited an additional 20min for her to sew them on. If you're in a rush, I wouldn't recommend.

It's definitely a bummer when you pay for some pricey things to get on a uniform and they can't measure correctly and put to right standard. I put this partly on me cause I overlooked the uniform after but didn't pay close enough attention and got called out when having my inspection on the uniform. Hoping they would have my stuff right knowing they do this is a main thing they do. One of the unit insignias were faded and blemished and can't use. I think they overprice just to put on and sew just a few things on. I'll be looking around for a new place.
